I have the higher dose infrared pemf mat you’re referring to and I LOVE it! The heat of the infrared so is relaxing. I’ve been using it 3-6 days a week for the last month. It has really helped with inflammation and arthritis pain. I just feel all around better after using it.

With all due respect, why are you no longer a practicing physician? You don't look a day over 30..obviously worked hard to earn your degree..yet you don't use it? Isn't the whole point of medicine to help people..and not just to "influence" them to purchase products and services? There are so many organizations that could use people like you to help the poor, like the Peace Corp or Doctors Without Borders. I'm sure you're earning a healthy profit "influencing" the public without having to put in the long hours a practicing doctor does actually helping the public hands on. But as someone who works with several charities helping the poor..and always struggling to find doctors to do the same..please reconsider "influencing" and instead actually practice what you were taught helping those who really need you. I assure you the lives you help and change as a practicing physician will be infinitely more rewarding than just getting wealthy people to purchase expensive products. Thank you.

Doctor. I had a terribly bad reaction to this and have been suffering for exactly 3 months. I laid on the PEMF Matt from higher dose with my 3 18k gold chains on and a posture wrap that could have been copper and the Matt on it’s highest level at 10hz. I didn’t feel a single thing when I was on the Matt. When I got off of the Matt, my whole world turned upside down. I am so disconnected from society. I can’t connect with my loved ones or feel human presence or any kind of grounding to earth. I feel like I am completely disconnected from society now. Read the NASA studies done on pemf (that’s P. E. M. F., not “pemf” Doc… 😑) therapies. Those NASA studies are where this ALL stems from. They spent millions over decades on this to keep their astronauts bodies healthy in zero gravity and orbital environments the body isn’t evolved to handle. Also read “the 5th element” by Bryant A. Meyers, a physicist and renowned PEMF expert. In short, waveform matters (square or sawtooth are best), frequency matters (those mimicking the earth’s 0-30hz, NO more!), and intensity matters (LOWER is better than too high; ultimately 33-66 micro Tesla is the optimal range for daily use. Higher MAY be ok for short term treatment in clinical settings), in fact ultra high or even moderately high pemf mats are straight up dangerous. While down this rabbit hole, your should also research EMF/electro smog dangers in general. More preferred features for mats, switching polarity of the mat PEMF signal is important. It’s why static magnets don’t work, or even sine wave forms, which the body can habituate to more quickly. Lastly, although usually only on very high priced mats, is bio feedbacks that will actually read the body and give the optimal frequency and intensity based on time of day, general state of the body and more. Go read “the 5th element” PEMF book!

What you're missing in terms of information is the ACTUAL frequencies being used. Frequency 2 does not tell anybody, anything.

I love how u say its for pain but u don't have pain so you don't know and you say your a dr and there is no adverse reactions but the studys for the device according to the fda regulations of the product showed the rats that were exposed to it for 10 mins a day at the end of the week trials had liver speen kidney and brain damage and the rats of had tramadol and use 5 times a week for 5 mins a day had lipid oxidation damage on brain kindeys liver spleen. so first do u read medical studys your a dr that's kind of the gig and if you don't have pain what are you doing trying to sell something you have no idea of the functionality of a product you can't recommend something unless you know the medical science or use that's why they give drs free samples of drugs so u know what it does before you try to sell a product I am really surprised a person calling them self a dr would recommend and say it's not dangerous when it caused these rats hepatic whatever I'm not a dr I just read studys before I add to my issues I was in a horrible car accdient and the drs made things so much worse because like u they just sold me on they knew what was best and now I'm fully disabled bedbound need a wheel chair because this surgeon said he could fix all the pain and make me better guess what he was a liar to and failed I died ended up in icu with a extra $600,000 in costs and now need a person to help me do everything suffering everyday of my life a couple of dollars u cheap salesman really

I have rented the Omni mat for two weeks and considering buying it. The one I’ve rented is 6000 and they have one with infrared for 10,000. That’s Canadian dollars. So this higher dose one must be significantly different.

This is a great video for PEMFs and the explanation is second to none! However, personally I wouldn't call the HigherDose device a PEMF device. It's an Infrared device (which has is own benefits) But when it comes to the PEMFs this mat is actually less than 1 Gauss in strength. It states in their technical spec a max intensity of 0.8 Milligauss, which converts to 0.0008 Gauss! I don't disagree that people are feeling benefits but I think adding PEMF to this infrared mat was a box ticking activity as the intensity is so low it's not really the main driver for this product other that to say it offers PEMFs, which are incredibly effective at higher intensities. My recommendation if you are looking for a PEMF mat solely, is to chose something of at least 10 Gauss and above. If you are looking for an Infrared device then by all means this may be a good product :)

It makes me happy that a medical doctor uses this! I’ve had mine for I think 11 years now, and I’ve used it consistently the entire time. It’s so hard to describe to people in a way that doesn’t sound like it’s BS, but it truly does work.

Problem I have with this mat recommendation is that it is so low intensity...very odd it is called "high dose" when it is a couple Gauss. The clinical unit I have goes up to 10,000 Gauss as a comparison...that's where the efficacy is!
