So far there's no actual cutscenes about the Character in Companion Quest, for example Silver Wolf ending (classic Honkai static CG)

Probably it will be the same for Luocha (static CG only at the end of his quest)

this is not Luocha, he's name is Void Archive, he is a divine key and his body is a clone of Otto Apocalypse

Imagine being Welt, used to stuck in one world fighting Honkai his whole life, and now he goes to some other world where traveling on the star rail to different planets/galaxies is a norm, there's a corporation that can do whatever the hell they want to planets because they're rich af, a group of individuals is not avoiding "Honkai Energy" but rather collecting them, and a genius treat it like some toy, Aeons are also on a whole another level compared to Honkai. Welt's homeworld is truly an unfortunate one.

I was doing a character quest in HSR, and I saw that Welt had the same flashbacks as this cutscene.

So this confirms that HI3 and HSR are connected and canon?

The flashbacks Welt had in HSR, are cutscenes from HI3 right? So if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3, I have two questions:

1) How is he in HSR? Could it be that he just got transported to another universe? Because I learned that the characters in HSR such as Himeko, Seele and Bronya, look like the ones in HI3, but different.

2) If he is from HI3, why is he in HSR? If Welt just got transported to another universe, is there a reason why he's in HSR? Does he have a motive or reason to come to HSR? Or is it because he came to HSR by accident?

I've never played HI3. So I don't know much of HI3's lore (at least a little bit). So I'm curious to know if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3.
