Yo Spidey Squaaaad!!!! 👻👽🧛🏻‍♂️🐺🎃🎃🎃🎃!!!! Here are the PRO TIPS to really make this a killer!!!

1) the reason the 6 cards have the rubber band around them is to make it easier to pull them out without also pulling out the mummy prediction. When my right hand goes into the envelope my left hand pinches down the single prediction and my right hand pulls out the big clump.

2) remember only YOU know that the trick has multiple paths. Whatever choice they make, convince yourself that this is the ONLY path possible. Really commit to that ending.

3) I often say this in my pro tips but if your mind is going “what if they want to look at the envelope” “ what if they want to examine the cards” what if what if what if; there’s a problem. “What if...” questions often indicate a lack of confidence and the inability to manage your audience. Your audience shouldn’t dictate what you do. This is your performance. Don’t present magic as a puzzle that makes you smarter than them, present it as a shared experience. And if you do your reveal and move on to another trick they can’t just grab your stuff. That being said here are ways to make each reveal cleaner so they can’t examine anything

Ghost: as I said, throw the cards into the envelope except the ghost. Now only the ghost and envelope remain. Reveal. There really isn’t much to examine

Mummy: I sometimes drop the prediction out next to the mummy card. then place the other 5 cards in my left hand under the envelope where the ghost prediction is written (to hide it) and casualty gesture showing that side of the envelope. I will demonstrate this on next week’s live stream

Vampire: you can casually remove the envelope after they choose vampire as though you’re making space on the table to show the final moment. Get rid of it completely. They can’t examine something that isn’t there.

EDIT: there’s a question more than one person asked and it’s very confusing to me but I’ll answer it anyways. The question is “what if they pick the vampire, what do you do about the fact that you said there’s something amazing inside the envelope?”

This is very confusing to me. If they pick the vampire you just show the back and don’t talk about the envelope again. They won’t remember that line, besides you said there’s something amazing in there and there is; an amazing trick! Nobody is ever going to say “yeah but you pointed to the envelope and said there’s something amazing”

I mean I did it in the live stream thousands of people saw it and nobody seemed confused by that line, or even brought it up. So nothing to worry about

Here's the problem. If they were paying attention, you told them that at the beginning GHOST is ONE, and WITCH is SIX, but if they say EVEN, when you spread, WITCH is ONE and GHOST is SIX. 😮

Instead of Halloween creatures causing to go missing, I did it so the cards had differ people on it, and you where somewhat of a detective, trying to find out which one of them was a thief and stole the…honestly I can’t even remembrance what it was meant to be.

I'm going to do a variation on this trick for a Halloween open mic. One card won't have any picture but it'll be labeled "Invisible Man". I'll say that was the hardest for me to draw.

I used the six suspect cards from my Clue game and it worked great. Whodunnit? Miss Scarlet was guilty.

I'm late to this party, but I perform as something of a devilish, yet sophisticated character, very much inspired by my childhood hero, Max Maven. I use this technique either with a deck of cards, or similar to how it is performed here, depending on if I'm performing for children or adults. If Im performing at a bar, I use playing cards, and set the effect up by saying, "I was wondering if I might borrow your mind for a moment? I'm confident I can pull off something astonishing here tonight. If I'm wrong, I'll pay you six dollars and sixty-six cents," which I then place on the table. "But if I'm right, it will cost you..." (someone usually always says, "My soul?", to which I respond, "Thank you, but Im afraid I hate the taste. I wouldnt say no to a beer, however. Is that fair enough?" They usually agree. My packet is the Ace of Hearts, Two of Spades, 3 of Hearts, 4 of Spades (a simple 4 scratched on the back) 5 of Hearts, Six of Spades, paperclipped face up inside of a plain white business envelope, which contains the prediction for the two, and the six on the other side of the envelope (A sinister choice... 6 is my FAVORITE number, too!). Everything in the envelope, cards face up, envelope folded in half and paperclipped, so that the open side of it is facing toward my butt in my back pocket. Always ready to go, gets a killer response, and a couple free beers before night's end. Thank you so much, Spidey! You are an inspiration, as well. Your tutorials are top-notch!

I was thinking of writing 2 outs on one card in the envelope. Just remembering what side to pull it out. Reason being it seems odd to write something on the back of an envelope.... what do you guys think?

When down to the last 3 cards and you ask which one of these three that they don't think is guilty; what if they want to eliminate the Vampire (before the mummy and ghost)??? Also, if you get down to the last 2 cards and the card they think of that is not guilty is the Vampire, then what?

fun off topic fact: Before "man " and "woman", 'man' meant 'human'. A male human was a 'Wereman' and a female was a 'Wifman'.

Later, 'Wif' became 'Wife' by dropping the 'man'....and 'Wereman' became 'man'.

Thus, "Werewolf" means Wolfman.




...... or 'Male-Human-Wolf'..... half wolf, half human, half male. I'm super cereal.
