I have tried to convert my Windows 7 Physical dive into a Virtual one with Disc2 VHD and I am getting a 'unable to open disc 0' error and the process ends. Any ideas why I would be getting this error.

This is on Dell Precision Workstation.

How do you copy a whole operating system from a VHD to another VHD file?

There is a logo from Vmware but how you do that installation on it? Not the same on Virtual box.

Holy shit, that program was expensive, nothing you use just to make one clone for testing, and the VmWare program demanded a account and was only for VmWare, Disk2VHD was free, but when I did try to use it with VirtualBox it gave an error all the time, so nothing in this tutorial is an actual option for folk that only want to make a test clone.

So, you put an OS inside an OS. It would be interesting to install a bare metal hypervisor and "import" this file, to a new machine, so several systems could run at the same time on the host on top of the hypervisor, so, if one OS crash, the others would remain intact. This way you did, if the "main" win7 crashes, your virtual box will crash too and all the OS running inside. Now, what hypervisor type 1 we could install ? ESXi ? Well, ESXi has a problem, we can only control through another machine. If you know a good hypervisor type 1 free that could be controlled by the same machine, please contact me. Thanks.
