it is a disgrace to enjoy the lobster meat while it is moving in the same plate.the chef was super rude in order to be fast and prove the freshness in bisecting the lobster.

This is so disgusting, why would you let the lobster stay alive while cutting it's bottom half off and leave it writhing in pain while you eat it? Why not just kill it and then eat it? This is just straight up animal abuse

Hi Mark! I am from Miyazaki and thank you for advertising Miyazaki!
The Unidon from the first restaurant is actually sooo good. This place always uses only the freshest fish and is so popular that it sells out and is not easily available even to locals. It’s a shame you couldn’t try the Unidon.
I hope more people come support these kinds of small local restaurants.
