ОтветитьBS. If you want a flat stomach work on your spine. You need a strong straight back that pulls your belly in. You need work your stomach muscles only to balance your back muscles, not more. Your abdominal muscles don't make your stomach flat.

There has been endless stream of scandals and coverups on the Taiwanese government incompetence (e.g., acquiring Covid vaccines, profiteering off their domestic Covid production which hasn't passed FDA phase 3 trials), using gov funds to sponsor internet spammers (called 1450) to attack those who oppose them politically, using their NCC (like FCC in the USA) to shutting down TV stations that speak objectively about China, shutting down all nuclear power plants and using natural gas (a greenhouse gas which produces CO2 to generate power) and embracing solar and wind power for all energy needs (green power generation is unable to make up 35% of energy needs in any country). The DPP paints a facade of Taiwan being a leading democracy in Asia, but in fact it is corrupt and incompetent to the core. 43% of Taiwan's economy relies on China, courtesy of ECFA (free trade agreement), it gives Taiwanese companies an advantage over competitors in agricultural, petrochemical, semiconductor and industrial sectors). If China terminates ECFA, many Taiwanese workers will lose their jobs, these companies will have to move to Southeast Asia or China, raising the jobless rate of younger Taiwanese, many are barely surviving on low, stagnant wages which have not seen any real increase in 2 decades.
