I like having the option of music or no music. Sometimes I’d rather play my own music in the background, and sometimes if I’m going to sleep I find music distracting. 😊

Bree this was absolutely powerful. I don’t usually get stressed but tonight I was a little stressed from some self-doubts. This video has relaxed me so much, I am very much at peace and my body feels heavy, sunken in bed (in a good way, I watched this lying down).
