Okay so Dr Rowe has helped me everytime but somehow this time my pain increased after the exercises. I have groin pain since last 3 months, had tests done as well but there's nothing evident in them. Just popping painkillers every now and then. I hoped it would help but my pain has increased two folds.

This is a very helpful video. Can a person who has a labral tear do these exercises? Because there are many movements that involve spreading the legs.

Sir i got injury at university table hit on my right side testes ball from that day now i suffering from troubles and lots of enough pain in my tests and groin and thighs pain i taken lots of medicine and went at every surgeon's and neurologist and i taken every pain medicine there's no any relief pain is day by day increases kindly help me i shall be thankful to you forever plz sir must reply

I started out with sciata, had physical therapy, but now my hip groin and upper leg hurt all day and it is all stiff ...if i stand all day i can t even lift my leg anymore😢..........these excercises help so much to relieve pain and tension.

Hello. I have a groin injury on my right thigh. I went to the doctor and I was given some drugs which I used. The pain reduced but the swelling hasn't gone. It's been five weeks now. Still swollen.

What if doing the first exercise hurts when you try to move your leg the 45 degrees? Laying on my back flat, it hurts to pull my knee towards my chest. Especially when i pull it a bit across my body.

I got this pain it worsen and was more noticable to me while using the 🚽 this morning. Even hurt my testicles but in my case its because of how i thru out my lower back all from just bending over to tie my shoes how i always do. But before i went to tie my shoes i was in a chair that would cause my back to slump so everything worked against me that day smh.

Ive been doing these exercises. They do help but when i run slow, i get groin pain, but if i do a tempo or sprint run, i get no pain at all.

I tore my adductor tendons and had surgery to repair them. It took a while to find the problem as referred pain made it feel like a testicle injury.

Tried doing various stretching for a strained groin/inner thigh but find I’m in more pain after doing them..what am I doing wrong? My Dr has been no help at all 😢really struggling with walking at the moment

Very informative.. you wouldnt believe how much this have saved me.. I have been having groin issues for years… I have been Mis-diagnosed by many doctors.. from infections to nerve issues.. I’m 💯convinced that that I have a strained groin from years of hard word.. 🙏🏾🫡

Thank you! I'm a 58 year old martial arts practitioner with 25 years of experience. My flexibility is generally good, capable of doing full splits. Recently I have been working on my legs at the gym (squats, leg presses, extensions etc.) and 1 day last month I was warming up before class and felt tightness on the inside of my left thigh. Then while practicing forward rolls, I felt 2 pops and knew immediately what happened. The pain is still in the pelvic area, almost as if I have a hernia, but no knot or lump. I have read pulled groins can be attributed to weak cores. QUESTION -- In your opinion, Is it ok to do core exercises while rehabbing the groin? Or should it be completely healed 1st? Does the fact that, after a month, I still have acute pain in the pelvic area on certain movements mean I should get it checked out by an Ortho or PT? Thanks again
