"2 pages of notes"
*whips out 2 rolls of 3 ft long parchment paper*
Wanted to do this but end being a doctor ...love physics❤
ОтветитьIT'S SHADOWHEART
ОтветитьWow you look almost identical to the girl Kaya from the new One Piece live action
Ответить😀
ОтветитьWatching this to remind me that as hard as my work is i dont have to do this
Ответитьhello grimes
ОтветитьThis is a FRESHMAN Astronomy class. Please dont expect too much content from a first year course.
It definitely has "Introduction" in the title of the course. A bachelors in Astrophysics comprises a series of the following courses:
First year: calculus I, II, Chemistry, Astronomy 1, electives
Second Year : finishing Calculus and differential Eq., Physics I, II, maybe 2nd level Cosmology, electives
3rd year: quantum mechanics, stellar physics, high energy astrophysics, electives
4th year: relativistic physics, physics electives such as, nuclear, particle, plasma, interstellar medium physics
Maybe some topology, differential geometry, tensor calculus, analysis, computer modeling, Senior thesis
I would be able to pass this test on a 3D page 😅
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
Ответить"to work this out, it's actually reasonably simple"...
ОтветитьI know many people greatly appreciate what you do Toby, though I hope we can see more of you demonstrate onwards from exams !
ОтветитьBefore the days of internet, these papers would be hard to obtain.
ОтветитьWell done Toby, you have materials organized for presentation.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this. My background (back in the day) is biochem, and I had my share of physics and math. I've always loved checking out astrophysics. You make it very accessible and enjoyable. Thanks again!
ОтветитьI'm in Astrophysics right now as a Physics Major lol 🤣
Ответитьngl, if you want see disgusting maths look at a communications engineering paper.
Ответить<3
ОтветитьI didn’t know Reese Witherspoon went to MIT
Ответитьez test
Ответить3 years later* WATCH THIS
Ответитьi have a physics minor, astrophysics was probably the easiest phyics at an undergraduate level- most of it is just memorizing equations that other people have already derived
ОтветитьGreat... I already fucked up the name order on the first page
ОтветитьLooks very easy!!!!
not!!!
I swear I still don't know why I was rejected from MIT despite having a full in SAT exam ,3 gold in astrophysics Olympiad and 2 silvers in International Maths Olympiad
Ответитьwhy humans would do this to themselves who knows ...
ОтветитьI can barley do second derivates let alone think about space good lord
ОтветитьI failed Physics but I'm still interested 😂😂
ОтветитьI come from a humble family, raised by a single mother whom worked as a field worker (processing produce from field to package to get it sent out) and I was a laborer too, always trying to help my mom with my siblings. First time I went to college I dropped out due to family illness and having to work more to compensate for medical expenses (cancer). I never thought I’d be someone who could learn any of this, but fortunately things have changed. I am now enrolled in college again and before enrolling I would soak up all these astrophysics videos, to the point where I was able to realize if a video was showing incorrect information. This catapulted me into a math & physics double major (which I just started, doing great so far, really proud of myself) and I love seeing your videos. Makes me feel like I can be doing those tests soon and especially now because you show us what to expect and we can prepare ourselves better. I guess all the backstory was unnecessary but I wanted you to know how much I mean it when I say THANK YOU.
ОтветитьI’m a french student in engineering school. I’m very surprised to see how easy a test from one of the greatest university in the world, can be.
We always hear that best schools are in the US, that we are only a tenth of their level…
That does really seem overrated. This is the kind of test I was doing when I was in lycee (equivalent for highschool) and that’s wasn’t even the hard parts.
This will be useful in my prolonged career as a McDonalds Team Member.
ОтветитьCan you ake a video on "An Astronomy exam at Harvard" if possible. Thanks!
ОтветитьHi Toby... When you read difficult contents like mathematics for quantum physics for the first time then what is your speed of reading. Also, if you can tell how many times you revised for any subject at university level. Also if you are stuck at any point as you are not getting the concept then still you complete your first reading?
I am really looking forward for answers.
I searched astronomy for a song but yeah, sure.
ОтветитьWhile you are generally correct that the solutions are easy because all you have to do is rearrange equations, plug in the numbers, and turn the crank, you oversimplify the issue of coming up with the correct equations in the first place. Nobody is interested in whether or not the student can do arithmetic. They are far more interested in seeing if you can sort through all the information you have stuffed into your head to find the right way to approach the problem.
ОтветитьHalf of the font is in English and rest is in an unknown language!!!
ОтветитьLove to watch your videos.
ОтветитьThought I was in an episode of Star Wars when I started reading the constants
ОтветитьLooks easy.
ОтветитьC is wrong. P = 112 million years in rotation.
Ответить"It's not too hard" xD
Yeah. Respect
Too easy I am Harvard processor
ОтветитьHow the hell did this get into my recommended
ОтветитьTrying to go to sleep at 2 in the morning but instead studying for my astrophysics exam at MIT woops
Ответитьreally easy man! getting to MIT is tough part! high school exams of India and Nepal used to be tougher!
ОтветитьQuestion: an apple has a radius of 31kg, what is john’s gender? True or false, show your working
ОтветитьThanks for sharing ♥ ♥
ОтветитьYou look like a Harley Quinn nemesis. Nice video!!!
ОтветитьWish I was good at math. I SUCK AT math haha. It really hinders you to take certain educations.
At least I can use this video for ASMR. You got a super ASMR voice :D
