Loving the Durf love - these books are fantastic, so the more folks that read them, the better

Too many characters? Don't know who's who?! Listen, after reading the Malazan books, I will never complain about this ever again. I feel like I have traversed the proverbial fires, and I am now immune to this particular hurdle. Just throw it at me, I don't care! After those books, I'm pretty confident I can parse out damn near anything now :p

Brian Lee Durfee’s books have been on the TBR for awhile but I need to bump these higher!

Based on the series you seem to enjoy the most I feel like you would love Mike Shackles last war trilogy. I just finished it and it was incredible

I thought the graphic violence and torture was wallowed in way more than John Gwynne did. Seemed excessive to me.

Been on my radar for a minute these books

There was a fantasy book I read as a kid about using magic with gold stones you had to hold in your hand and once you used a bit of magic from the stone a black line would appear on the stone. Does anyone recognize this?

I jsut finished Forgetting Moon and loved it... couldn't put it down.

One thing I've noticed, and I'm new to 'booktube', is that there are ample spoiler free reviews, but no videos of spoiler discussions/summary of books for those that have completed a book. I'd love to listen to people get into the nitty and gritty of the story/characters/moments etc.. this was the first videdo of seen of yours and I'd think you'd be good at it as you speak well.

Its a ok book, if you expect a bunch of fools and complete Idoits! Some of the characters in this book made me cringe with why the hell is this character even in here a good example is the fat stuck up always complaining girl hen! What a sorry excuse of a character, this book seems like one or more characters are either making stupid decisions or screwing up or complaining, feeling sorry for themselves in every chapter! This book out of all the fantasy books Ive read since the 80’s was not only a pain to read but torture!!!

I got all three on Audible. I went Brian Lee Durfee's channel to see a review for a different book, and he held up his books at the beginning. I was curious, and I'm glad I checked it out. Very epic. I'm halfway through the second book.
