You have a unique method of holding the pen. You fold your index finger and use middle finger and thumb exclusively. Great.
ОтветитьLove your content…but I get so uncomfortable seeing how you hold your pen. SO strange
ОтветитьWhat notebook are you using?
Ответитьthis is great, but i had to watch twice bc i could only focus on how you hold the pen the first time.
ОтветитьGreat Video!
BTW - What notebook are you using?
Why do you hold a pen that way?
ОтветитьThank you for this wonderfully useful video. Could you please let us know what are the brands of the notebook and pen you are using?
ОтветитьI've never ever saw this type of pen holding
ОтветитьHow do you hold the pen like that? Looks uncomfortable.
Ответитьsplit page method works well for maths, use each page wisely
ОтветитьI have observed that peole working on such channels have those aesthetic or beautiful handwriting, but what i love about her is that she has not those aesthetic handwriting but still is running the channel like butter... I love the fact she's is not one of the kind who uses a LOT of stationery and all, she's simple and that makes her attractive and unique.. I always used the flow notes taking method but people would always question me about it but how she introduced it to the world is great.. BTW I love your voice
ОтветитьAfter watching I think there is a reason why these methods are heard or others talk about.
ОтветитьGive us some tips of growing such greenish leafy mini plant?
ОтветитьI am currently a junior in college and got a really low gpa last semester, so I've been watching note-taking videos to hopefully improve the way I study and take notes. I completely forgot I was subscribed to this channel when I used to be obsessed with note-taking videos and I'm glad I came back (I never unsubscribed, I just forgot about this channel lmao) because this video is exactly what I needed
ОтветитьThank you so much for this! I’m studying for an exam, so I will try this technique out! 🙏🏾
Ответитьtacking good notes tips .
ОтветитьMariana, thanks for sharing! I'm translating the content you shared to portuguese to share in my blog. I hope you don't mind. The tips you gave here are valuable and I wanted to share it with more people. Thanks for showing us a little bit more about how you study, some of these methods I've never seen before, and it's always so good to see how other people are doing it so we can figure out the best way to study. I'm learning a lot from you.
ОтветитьWish i had watched this video 20 years ago
Ответитьwhat notebook is that?? :O great video!
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing. This is great information.
ОтветитьThese look beautiful and would assist with particular types of study, but as a college professor in the liberal arts/human services, my students don’t do exams or finals. The study and assessment regime is all around the application of complex ideas to practice settings and especially to the conscious development of the self as an ethical, effective professional tool. Reflection on ideas and their dynamic implications is the emphasis. I’d love to see tools to explore and record that kind of academic and intellectual practice.
ОтветитьWell my handwriting isn’t that nice as yours 😢😢 it gets messy real quick and then I got to start all over again, thanks to my ocd. But your video is satisfying to watch, thankyou for sharing ! ♥️
ОтветитьI love your channel and your videos, and I wanted to ask ypu what is the kind of notebook you use? I hope you can answer me
ОтветитьI have to praise your English. I am a non-native English speaker and learned SO MANY new words this one video…
ОтветитьDoes anyone know where I can find a nice big notebook like that? (with lines for writing)
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьCombination of QEC with morse code method really helps me doing lazy-annotation, as someone whose read laid-back, but still want to taking note of of the books I've read. It's super helpful.
ОтветитьI LOVE drawing a line in the middle of my page and taking outline notes with two columns! Always hated wasting space when doing outline notes and as soon as I realized I could do this I never looked back! Also useful for lessons where u only need half a page for all the general info!
ОтветитьPen brand ?
ОтветитьI feel like the flow one is the only one that would maybe be useful for in class notetaking. Not everything in a lecture is a definition, and spending time reworking everything being said into a question, evidence, and conclusion means missing way too much. Morse code is only for textbook reading, and Sentence method sounds like the "do nothing" options where you just write everything down.
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing this useful information 🌻🌻🌻
Ответить3 days left for finals and I am watching note taking methods. Wow
ОтветитьYour pen grip is so unique!
ОтветитьI just noticed the way you hold the pen. I have an "unusual" way of holding a pen too
ОтветитьYou notes are creative.
ОтветитьThank you sister for giving ous new note taking methods .
ОтветитьHonestly... you'll just save a lot of time by just writing simple but short as possible step-by-step notes as you learn each concept (if it's a step-by-step subject like maths, engineering or computers), we have to take things 1 step at a time and we can only learn 1 concept at a time because we can only fully concentrate on 1 thing at a time otherwise it's too much.
As for more factual subjects it all depends on how someone's writing is and if yours is anything like mine you just don't have the natural ability for handwriting lol so it's best to go for a shorthand way of writing by still keeping things as simple and short as you possibly can, learn to decrease the wordcount a little like using the shorter versions of words like "it's" and "i've" don't make the sentence any longer than you have to cos you'll want to use this to learn and go back to it to refresh in future. The more you write the worse it looks lol, if you need to write more try to leave a line and separate the writing don't make blocks of writing, the format is just as important!.
For Facts it's easiest to just write a header, a dash - or : and then on a new line start writing it and this works great if you've no idea how many pages you'll fill up or how much space you'll need and if your writing is a bit bigger you'll want to think about that before starting to write. Typing things up after is the best idea too so you have a copy and it's a lot neater than your own handwriting and i honestly prefer typing to handwriting cos everyone can read it and stops people complaining they somehow can't read my handwriting lol which really isn't that bad and theirs isn't much better lol most people write less joined up these days, if you can just type it up initially then do that if you don't find it daunting.
The way i organize things is i just index it by the main concept i'm learning and cos i write/type things as simple and short as possible i don't need to index every concept within the main one, so say... you've got... Division... okay well it's useful to start at learning it using Partials for some people so put that in when you learn it and just make it more as a subheader under Division but don't index those just to make it easier to flick back and forth to each main concept, i only index it as subheaders if a concept involves a lot more than usual. It's really the simplest method nothing fancy and not much thought put into it and makes it easy to keep the info organized. As for simply noting stuff down in class... i still go with the main header and subheader method so i can clearly see which notes belong to which thing.
No matter how much the technology evolves the beauty of hand written notes is incomparable
ОтветитьWhat font did you use for each method title screen?
ОтветитьFinally someone using cursive instead of print 🤧🤧
Ответитьdidn't know I've been doing most of these subconsciously when taking notes in class but it's a good thing to be aware of it
ОтветитьGood
ОтветитьFlow notes é como eu achava que mind maps deveriam ser de maneira reversa.
ОтветитьMa'am pls kindly get information about maintaining a good handwriting and how to teach kids I'm from India I liked your way of explaining thank you for all
ОтветитьI take notes digitally and I discovered the split page method myself and I knew it would be part of it! It’s helpful for me so I can find a topic easier than scrolling
ОтветитьWhat notebook are you using in this video?
Ответитьkrai, teu inglês e bom pa krai
ОтветитьThank you for the ideas and simple explanation 💐
ОтветитьWow the way she hold the pen is really interesting..
