The bulk of Albanians genetic make-up is Paleo-Balkanic, and they have admixtures of certain subclades from i2a1b-l621 and R1a branches which belong to the Slavic newcomers in the Balkans.
3/4 of the haplogroups include E-V13, J2b-L283 and R1b-M269/Z2103. The bulk of their genetics do not belong to the I2a1b branch like other Sth Slavic groups which are definitely not native to the Balkans.
