Funny how this was recommended to me after seeing the Oppenheimer biopic yesterday. It is still incredible how almost eighty years later, the threat of nuclear warfare is still very real and possible.
This short film is an amazing work of art, and perfectly captures how the outcome of nuclear bombs remains the same: complete and painful destruction. The colors and depictions of instant death are powerful, and the rampant noisy music help capture the chaos.

They didn't even know it was coming, really sad when you think about it, no one got to say goodbye, didn't even get a chance to evacuate, all the innocent people and animals burned alive in their sleep, they were probably conscious for the few seconds they felt it, really makes you think how fucked up we were during the war.
