I've been happy with my drill press table for 17 years. Then I watched this.
ОтветитьДобра зроблена. Дзякуй.
ОтветитьAwesome, i am doing it
ОтветитьAnother dumb ass that thinks everyone has every tool.
ОтветитьThe bit caddy with magnets is a must have!
ОтветитьAwesome stuff, I love all the ideas, plan on incorporating most of them in my shop, thx
ОтветитьAnd yet there is no cup holder for your beer. Fail 🎉
ОтветитьI will implement all of them as they all are supper ideas.
ОтветитьI got to make one of those table tops for my drill press what a good job
ОтветитьThe drawer front installation tip alone made this video worth watching.
ОтветитьThank you! I like the table and the magnets. I hope Santa will help me make this over Christmas break. Thanks for the tip about metal fencing materials.
Ответитьfor the notch in the back do the same process as the center hole you made only use a hole saw
ОтветитьI just inherited an old beat up table top drill press. Now I know how to bring it back to life! Thank-you!
ОтветитьWhat kind of plywood is that? Anyone know? Looks nice
ОтветитьCracking stuff, well done mate.
ОтветитьThe simplest one I needed bad...dust collection. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьNice project. I like what you did.
ОтветитьHow many holes do you need
ОтветитьHow many sheets of plywood did you use?
ОтветитьGreat ideas, good job!
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed watching this and therefore you just got a new subscriber. That's me. Take care and God Bless.
ОтветитьSo usuful. Thank you.
ОтветитьIs your drill press still on your table and have you found any cons to having it on that? Do you wish it was wider? Taller? Do you like it on casters? I just scored a free drill press and need a place for mine have a small garage so the casters is a mobile solution. Thanks.
ОтветитьVery nice job - not only a good presentation for drill press, your building techniques are really down to earth and effective and your presentation is easy to follow. And you don’t waste a lot of time but you explain things as you go along. There was a lot of little things in here that can be taken from this and applied to other things in the shop. All in all, an excellent presentation and and a very nice looking and well thought out project.
Ответитьbrand new woodworker here... just started last year and slowly improving my shop... definitely going to build all of these improvements for my shop!!! Thank you for all your awesome vids!
ОтветитьI think its only missing a drink holder. Nice job.
ОтветитьYou are a next-level genius. There is nothing you didn’t consider! This is SUPERB!!!
ОтветитьSmart, really enjoyed your designs and thoughts.
ОтветитьVery cool! What if you put magnets all the way around to catch bits and also on the bottom of the dust collector holder so it can be slid around easily without hardware? Just a thought.
ОтветитьNumber 1 - buy a table saw!
ОтветитьDoes the table get in the way of the handle raising/lowering the bed?
ОтветитьI think my favorite feature is the table extension. I really like the amount of detail you have added which is the lament edge and surface of the plywood, and an adjustable metal bar for making straight drills and making sure the piece of wood will not go anywhere. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Especially for me since I am just beginning my DIY journey
ОтветитьShop organization, been doing it weekly for 74 years,LOL:)
ОтветитьThe magnet thing...just...yeah! Brilliant. Also, serious kudos on your editing/av work. Very easy for me to come back and use as a reference. Great job!
ОтветитьEpoxy a round neo magnet to the center hub of the feed handles.
That's where the chuck key lives.
Like the table looks vary useful 👌
ОтветитьA lot of grest unique ideas here i haven't seen elsewhere. Definitely plan to steal some of these. Thanks!
ОтветитьI will be building the drill press table for my drill press in the next month or so. That is a great idea. Thanks
ОтветитьDid you center that sacrificial circle under your bit?
ОтветитьAm I the only one who doesn’t have Festools?
ОтветитьLove the video. You show a lot of great upgrades and show real world applications in a simple way. Thanks.
ОтветитьLike em all.😅
ОтветитьDid I miss how you mounted the press to the stand? I'm assuming just some bolts though the bottom of the press into the top of the stand?
ОтветитьYou are a magician...
ОтветитьPlans?
ОтветитьAny issues with the clearance for the height adjustment crank handle?
ОтветитьVery nice adds to the drill press.
ОтветитьUse a down cut jigsaw blade next time you have to cut a laminated top. I do that to cut out holes for sinks.
