I now hate Windows 11. Why is the search bar so bad now, it takes 12 years just to search for the motherfucking notepad

There are good news and bad news for some people who used Windows 11 and knew about Windows Update:
Good news: They can now update a feature Windows 11 update once a year instead of two
Bad news: They have to wait longer for a new feature update which takes a little bit longer to see the fixes or features you wanted.

I don't care about direct storage or new designs, Microsoft just needs to do more we wanted :)

I love it. It has everything I loved about Windows 98, with some super smart and modern revamps. I’m obsessed. I hated Windows 10 and Windows XP. I LOVE this.

It's sucks for 2 years and then you're forced to upgrade. When 11 finally gets decent, Windows 12 is released.

I have been using windows 11 for 3 months now and I can say most of the hate for it in comments is unjustified. All the things that people are afraid would change haven't. Its just a new skin on windows 10 with a few extra features. It is definitely an upgrade over windows 10 already and is being continuously improved.
There is 1 major downsides to it though. It takes a lot more system resources. Even without doing anything it can take 4-5 gigs of ram for no reason at all. But windows 10 took 2-3 gigs anyways. So if you have an older device... try linux.

Thank you for this review....But here's my rant about gaming.....i don't understand the obsession with gaming, especially with guns where one shoots and kills and blows up people....There is something very very wrong and disturbing about that....It is no less than completely insane....It makes one even more desensitized to killing and harming others....Males mostly have this, and it's utterly devastating and insane....AND NO ONE QUESTIONS IT....!!!......It is so so horrifically common as well, i can't even believe it...!!!.....Hardly any females would do that, and if they do, they are completely insane as well........Contrary to popular belief, it is NOT normal and healthy to do that....it is COMPLETELY insane and scary, and an absolute COMPLETE waste of time and energy.... i find it greatly disturbing that when i look for a review of a laptop, there is always a male that's playing a game where he's blowing up tons of people....i know there is something very very wrong with that.....and it's completely devastating and scary.....i can't imagine that anyone would feel safe with someone who does that, or is interested in that kind of thing....And then there's the military, which is complete insanity...same state of consciousness though........i bet you anything that school shooters are gamers....!!!...i think there is something about 'killing' in gamers' consciousness, unfortunately....and it is super scary and devastating.....i wonder what it is you get from it that, that can't be had in a healthier way...?.....i see gaming as a completely insane, horrifying movement that is programming gamers' brains to kill all the time like a detached robot and be totally desensitized to it, especially if one drinks and does drugs or is mentally unstable in a major way, but even if they don't drink, etc., gaming is consistently programming the brain to do that for killing, etc.....It is no less than completely insane and selfish....Most females cannot relate to males in so many ways, and gaming is a huge one....In general, females are more in touch with that killing is absolutely f*cked up....!!!!....Why not go out and help some homeless people instead....???....They really need it...No one gives a sh*t about them....i would love to see a huge movement that was genuinely very concerned about helping homeless people instead of selfishly playing games while programming their brains to kill.......Blessings..........

My computer is 4 generations behind from Windows 11 but still works crazy good and no lag at all!

Me, running Linux Mint with a Win 7 skin: What the hell is a windows 11?

The blue squiggly icon looks like an Aliens intestine! Nothing special about this win 11 update option bs, nothing for guys as its functionality is pretty much the same. All they did was move shit around and 'cut some corners' haha like the pun, just to say they made an upgrade. Basically with its widgets and bs sfx on uploads females will find it useful in touching up their porn cam channels and that's basically all this upgrade is, a porn cam windows upgrade with a cost of needing a higher gpu / graphics card to load game assets instead of the cpu atm.

It's the end of October and I finally got my go ahead for Windows 11 and just installed it. So far it does seem to be more responsive.

All I heard was it'll make my desktop look cooler and play my games better :)

Don't be haters, lol. Give some credit to the people who work hard to make improvements to any OS. I found it aesthetically beautiful and my computer seems even faster now.
