Since ultimate swampfire is made of wood or petrified wood what if his grassy body grows into the general shape and "wilts" into the wood that makes his body. With his head wilting to make way for the new head.

I love how you implemented the classic Omnitrix's white tubes for the Ultimatrix Dial, feels more intruguing than just plain metal spikes. Makes it feel like these are where the ultimate DNA is injected into the user.

Cada vez mejor con las transformaciones y transiciones, es sorprendente como vas mejorado, aparte si no me equivoco te estás inspirando o basando en algún FanArt como no sé si lo conoces pero los colores que usaste en la a forma suprema me recuerda a ElMike9 en (DevianArt), un poco más que nada, por como el hace las formas Supremas le da un estilo diferente

Love those Classic Original Series style transformations, I love to see them more like from Original Series, Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, and Omniverse. You should do Ultimate transformations based on O.R.Ash's designs of the Ultimates from the Drawing Matrix videos.
