The Story of Vanny & Vanessa Explained (Five Nights At Freddy's: Security Breach Theory)

Just wanted to pin this comment as I see some people are confused about the 'fire' ending - where we see Vanny die, while Vanessa remains on the roof of the Pizzaplex. I already explained this ending in my story explained video for Security Breach but for those who missed it - given all the other evidence in the game suggesting Vanessa and Vanny are the same person, I think we can safely conclude that ending is symbolic. It represents how Vanessa's soul was never set free from Glitchtrap's control and so she remains tied to him in the pizza plex. It's just showing that she was never saved.

I also want to add that this is my interpretation after looking at all the evidence and coming to conclusions after careful consideration. But FNAF is full of lore that has never been solved and fans interpret in different ways. So I think if you're watching this video, just enjoy it for what it is. A theory I wrote based on the evidence and how it makes sense in my mind. If you have a different opinion, I don't want to say you're wrong. We just disagree. That's fine - go with whatever makes the most sense to you :)

For the ppl who don’t know mrs.afton was the one behind security breach she’s the one who operated it to try to bring William afton back into a different life form aka into the damn computer as a virus who controls the whole building and animatronics the “therapist” is mrs.William, Mrs. William hired Vanessa is the same age if Elizabeth if Elizabeth was alive same hair color and eyes and came from a trouble past so since she came from a trouble past mrs.William took Vanessa in and taught her to be the way she is aka manipulating to be a bad person Vanessa trusted mrs.William as a mom since she never had tht family so she was easily influenced and did what she was told to do

Wonder if Vanny’s story will be included in the new FNAF movies.

the way that this all factors in to the lore of the FNAF movie is so crazy….. maybe we were wrong with what we originally thought.

What is this based on a real life story

If I had a nickel for every time a reoccurring villain that could possess/control people and seemingly never died and had their spirit data stuffed into a plushie, I’d have two nickels. It’s not even weird to me at this point.

On an actual note, Vanny=Vanessa is probably one of the worst plot twists I’ve ever seen, and it really makes this feel like a kid’s game. It felt like there was very little discussion about what Vanny’s name would be, and someone thought the little “Vanessa+Bunny” was hilarious.

Though, if they are are the same person, the idea that Vanessa has to frantically run from room to room, scrambling to put on her outfit, keep an eye on where Gregory is, and calm down enough to playfully skip and dance around is incredibly funny to me.

Something so baffling is the fact she was hastily going to one up Afton’s kill count if she didn’t stop. Nine kids in a year is a dangerously high number considering William killed and went dormant to let the heat settle. I’m pretty sure she would end up arrested in the bad ending a few months later anyway as a ditch for William to move onto someone else

Even in the "Evil Vanny" version, it shows she is attatched to the Building

Random theory: Clara (From the soap opera) is Vanessa. They have the same eye color and hair color. The only difference is that Vanessa’s is straight

I don’t see anyone bringing up one of the messages Gregory finds saying someone from the top recommended Vanessa for the Security Guard role, and that, while she seemed like a bright a capable person, she had never worked at a place with that scale, so that they did not recommend her for the role. It was in Markiplier’s play through, so I don’t know if there was more to that. Did none of the game theorists find that message? Vanessa having a recommendation from Corporate for the SG position seems like a pretty big deal in the lore.

Fun Fact: In Fnaf:HW, The Halloween DLC got an ending.

It was a corn maze and you had to escape unknown, If you get 4 keys and go to the way you spawned. you can unlock a basement where there is vanny's mask.

And thats where Fnaf:SB Got created.
