Exactly. That's why I hate those pretentious restaurants that use gourmet cheeses, and giant buns. The ratio is out of whack, and it's only for show.

ОтветитьTony's always been on the right side of history. RIP gone too soon.
ОтветитьMe at my wedding reception at 1:34AM high of pcp marijuana and peyote:
ОтветитьSpot On! My thoughts exactly 😁
ОтветитьHoly f***! I’ve been ordering burgers wrong.
ОтветитьMY BOY!!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO TRY YOUR SELF A COLOMBIAN HAMBURGER.....
ОтветитьIn other words; keep it simple, Stupid.
ОтветитьHe was a science teacher in cooking and a great storyteller Anthony RIP
ОтветитьPeople are free to disagree. In my opinion though, the perfect burger cheese is Muenster. It is real cheese, with all the benefits that entails, and not wasting time being Captain Obvious about its many virtues. It has complementary flavor to burgers. It achieves all things a soft piece of American processed does but, is actual cheese. It also go with the burgers Germanic origins, in it's original manifestations of frikadellen, and hamburg steak. Failing it's availability, one can go with Monterey Jack, which again is real cheese, but is what American processed is a pale copy of. American processed is to these cheeses, what a Slim Jim is to Landjaeger, or Bier stuck.
ОтветитьI remember him saying a burger should fit in one hand freeing the other for fries and a drink.
If you really want more burger the solution is simple make yourself two.
Miss this him too, his programs were superb and a hell of a nice guy.
BACON IS ALWAYS WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ответить"Tectonic slide?" My man was a one of a kind...
ОтветитьGod I miss this man
ОтветитьHe's a big in and out customer
ОтветитьI know that a lot of yall enjoy in and out.
Have you guys tried Culver's? It's the in and out of the Midwest.
If you tried Culver's double butter burger deluxe, what did you think?
To bad your gone man
ОтветитьSome damn good knowledge just dropped there
ОтветитьI dont like a bunch of toppings on my burger honestly. My perfect burger is patty, american cheese, bacon, raw diced white onion, mayo and bbq
ОтветитьGood overview from the legend. Also, stop using brioche!
ОтветитьWhen Bourdain used the occasional cuss word mostly "dam thing" there was so much to what he was saying. Simplicity, leave it be, don't touch it , don't mar it up. He was great 👍 story teller and the basic ins and out of great food and travel. Certainly miss him
ОтветитьGot to have pickles and onions.
Lettuce and tomatoes are nice add.
Cheese is a must, for a cheeseburger. But for any burger, pickles and onions.
Burger 101. Nothing new as with most everything he ever said. Good writer. Selfish prick...
ОтветитьSo true
ОтветитьHe's still got a big mouth.
ОтветитьAbsolutely
ОтветитьA horrible loss with his murder.
Ответить😮I like aloha of jollibee
ОтветитьOh no, what a horrible thing it is to dazzle or impress people rather than just make people be bored of a burger! This guy knew nothing about making a good burger. I don't want a small average ass burger anyone can make.
ОтветитьMan Anthony Bourdain was the best i miss his shows R.I.P 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
ОтветитьI miss you Anthony.
ОтветитьNot making any more burgers anymore.
ОтветитьI just want a burger that tastes great, isn't two stories tall and doesn't fall apart when taking a bite.
ОтветитьWhy ohhh whyyy did ya leave us🤮😢😢miss ya
ОтветитьMiss this guy
ОтветитьI wish I knew about this fella better before he could leave. Godspeed my dude.
Ответитьanthony bourdain flipped around is gordan ramsay
ОтветитьI like a thicker mid rare burger, American cheese, bacon, pickled onion and Mayo.
ОтветитьDouble double with spread only
Ответитьyep. less is more. is jalapeno mayo permitable? is double meat permitable?
ОтветитьWhat a great icon he was/still is.
ОтветитьGreat take on a classic bite - RIP brother
ОтветитьThe world misses you Mr. Bourdain.
Ответить😂 what a waste of my time
Ответитьhe's right about lettuce and tomato. personally, cheese and gelled onions are all you need. maybe some mustard or bbq sauce for flavor.
ОтветитьYes, onions n mushrooms DO make it better, even if i have to eat it off my shirt
ОтветитьMiss you Tony......
Ответить100%.
You should be able to hold it with one hand, beer in the other.
Burgers that have to be kept together with a skewer are a mess.
The perfect chef is a Frankensteined Marco Pierre White and Tony Bourdain. Both great chefs in their own way and goddamned poets when it comes to talking about food.
ОтветитьHes missed. Such a sad event 😢
