possibly the best Arayes you will ever have and your family will thank you for such a great dinner!!
Ingredients:
8 flour tortilla (8 inch)
Avocado oil spray
2 lb. Ground beef
1 cup parsley chopped (fine)
1 large shallot (minced)
1/2 green bell pepper chopped (fine)
1 tsp. Red pepper paste
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp. 7 spices
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
Paprika
2 tbs. Olive oil
Mix all the ingredients and let rest for 30 minutes so the flavors develop. Press down on the flour tortilla and place on a towel while working. Spray your skillet with avocado oil (the skillet should be almost the same size as the tortilla to prevent burning) cook the Arayes with the meat side down and place a weight on top. Cook for 20 seconds remove the weight spray the tortilla with more avocado oil and flip. I like to flip one more time to get the color I want on the meat. Enjoy and don’t over cook

Sliced lettuce, sliced tomatoes, avocado, mint leaves and pomegranate molasses
