Found your channel looking for BG3 content, but will stay for pf2e content!
ОтветитьPlay D&D 3.5, instead Pathfinder. Or, play D&D 5, if you want simple rules.
ОтветитьPathfinder has always felt like a more convoluted, slower and more complex DnD. Closer to 3.0 edtion DnD than 5e.
I can see the appeal but my table definitely prefers fast and smooth over looking up thibgs like particular skill fears and unique combat moves
Pleeeeeeeeeeeese, do some character builds vor Pathfinder 2e
ОтветитьBitch you did well.
ОтветитьHe’s so handsome c:
ОтветитьRe: diagonally movement- hexagons are the bestagons.
ОтветитьIt would be really awesome to see more Pathfinder stuff from you! THanks for the video
Ответитьthe main gish type build in pathfinder are magus classes
ОтветитьUnder an hour long video? On colby’s channel? What is this?
ОтветитьPF2 is the best TTRPG i've ever played... and i've played a lot.
ОтветитьGrowing up on DnD 3.5 and recently we switched to 5E. The more we played 5E the more we dislike it. It seems like they just want to focus on dungeon crawler campaigns and not focused on skills or non combat skills.
ОтветитьPlease drop all dnd as I have and go full on with pathfinder :)
ОтветитьI loved the video.
I think I'll propose trying pathfinder to my party.
And you got a subscription 👍🏼
I was just trying to jump into pathfinder myself, this was a godsend
ОтветитьDo you know of any good Pathfinder 2E Digital Character Builders like D&D Beyond?
ОтветитьPathfinder 1E is so much better than Pathfinder 2E.
ОтветитьReally appreciate this video. My group is talking about trying pathfinder 2e so the digestible crash course is greatly appreciated 😊
ОтветитьJust had my first pf2e game, wish I knew about this video sooner! It's just the type of content I'm looking for
ОтветитьI was looking into starting DnD and stumbled upon Pathfinder. Seems like it might be easier for a new player.
Ответитьkeep it up 👍
ОтветитьGood videos, can wait to see your face when you read the dual class optional rule. We tested it out with a fighter/champion build.5th level was taking on CR9 and winning.
ОтветитьIve been waiting for a video like this
ОтветитьSwitching over to Pathfinder after over 30 years with D&D. The OGL fiasco was just enough. Paizo still seems to have the gaming and gamers foremost on their minds, and I haven't had as much fun with the 4th and 5th E versions of D&D that I had with 3 / 3.5. This is helping me understand from a D&Der's perspective, and it helps. Thanks so much for the time I know you spent on this. It is much appreciated. Looking forward to more!
ОтветитьRecently added PF2e to my active gaming sessions. It was so pleasant to find you delving into PF2e as well.
ОтветитьOh I thought this was a 1e video, still sounds good will save it for later
ОтветитьOne of the general feats is called diehard. Amazing 😂. The game sounds awesome
ОтветитьWhy does he looks like Jamie Lannister had a baby with Liam O'Brian?
ОтветитьSaw your channel spamming PF2e searches and ending up on a Rules Lawyer video. Great channel my man
ОтветитьDo more pathfinder stuff!
ОтветитьInterested in more Pathfinder content
ОтветитьYour voice sounds so much younger than you look.
ОтветитьJUST switched to Pathfinder2, would love to see you jump in with content! Awesome stuff! I really am enjoying the system!!
ОтветитьAlways love your stuff and was super hyped to see you dipped into pathfinder, as I am recently looking into it. You make high quality stuff and I'm positive more Pathfinder stuff would go well.
ОтветитьYes please, more Pathfinder!
ОтветитьI am purely here for the PF2 info. I played DnD for... 35yrs? Since ADD1. I like 5e, it was a move in the right direction, but it still seems like they left behind any actual TT players from development. PF2 seems like it really used community feedback to form 2e and it shows in the format. I am still new to PF2, but I like it better than 3.5 or 5e so far and it reminds me a great deal of ADD2 if it was created with a larger team, more play-tested, and more thought out as a complete product. ADD2 was probably the best version of old school and had many elements I see in PF2 (crunchy, but not too crunchy, flavorful, but not too overdone, defined, but not observably railroading).
ОтветитьMore pls
ОтветитьMonths later, the D&D 5e campaign is ended. The group is now making the move to Pathfinder2E and this video has been on my list to watch the whole time. It seems a big leap over but this video is by far the most helpful and comprehensive I’ve seen so far. On to part 2!
ОтветитьThis is great! I've been playing 5e for about four or five years now, and just got into Index Card RPG. I enjoyed this dive into Pathfinder 2e, and I'm looking forward to watching the second part and then checking out your 5e character builds.
ОтветитьThis is great, am looking forward to hopefully much more PF. Also, am busting out the old Focus notebooks for this 😅
ОтветитьI REALLY like the way PF2e does things. I was considering becoming a DM, but maybe I’ll become a PF GM instead :)
ОтветитьAdd more pathfinder 2e content you are very thorough!
Ответить...or listen to it while cleaning house....
Great content, BTW.
A note for the comment on general feats: yes, there are technically only 17 of them in the core rule book, but do keep in mind that most (if not all) skill feats also qualify as general feats (they have the general tag).
This means that if you really want to, you can choose a skill feat on a level you would normally get a general feat. Skill feats are usually less powerful and more niche, but it’s still an option.
Thank you for this video! It just came in time since we're putting together a PF table at my lgbti+ community center. Still unsure if we're gonna go with 5e with me as master or PF with another new guy, but in the meanwhile you're helping me learn so much! For sure will send this video to others in need 😁
