Thank you for this test. I was afraid that running at 26 would be impractical because the condenser turns off more frequently.
Turns out that inverter compressors turn on without that power peak consumption that is common with non inverter units.

22°c- 700 watt
24°c- 550 watt
26°c- 420 watt
28°c- 350 watt

Will 40, 60, 80 percent saving mode add more to energy saving than this stats in normal mode?

Hi Charlie, For Inverter AC, there is power consumption to maintain the temperature as compressor is always on. In non-inverter, I notice the power consumption is still high when the compressor is off. Can you explain which other component in the non-inverter AC is consuming such a high power? Or what is the expected power consumption in just FAN mode?
