I love Asian markets! You can get some really good deals there. I had always been afraid of buying products that say artificial beef, pork, chicken flavor etc on them because I thought they'd find some way to sneak in other animal products that aren't listed (looking at you, imitation crab). But good to know these type of products can be vegan!

Sorry I got the answer( for the Pork flavor). I was watching at work with the sound off. I just saw it with sound now. I do not get the criticism???? Even if people are vegans or vegetarians they want to eat similar things that they ate when they were not. Soul Food , East Asian , South Asian, Mexican, Italian etc... Soul Food tastes ,smells, textures...that mama put her foot in the dish. What is wrong with that??????

I had chitterlings once when I was a kid and hated everything about them. But these look bussin. Also my sister still ear chitterlings so I’m going to make these for her and hopefully break her from that swine.

Recreating food dishes is important for any & all culture. That's how new dishes come to be. I always thought chitlins for Bland and only take on the flavor of whatever they're cooked in which makes tofu a perfect vegan/vegetarian substitute
