Do not over eat. Concentrate on small meals high in vitamins and minerals. Add foods to support your nutrition deficiencies. If you have to add a red meat make sure it's NATURAL GRASS FED AND NOT MAINSTREAM COMPANY PRODUCE WITHOUT STEROIDS. This is the perfect diet because you can still eat much of what you like ON OCCASION and this is catered to you.. Remember 60%+ of your diet should be fruit vegetables and what ever foods and supplement support your nutrition deficiencies.
