By any chance, how could I know how many miles I would have ran? Since, my treadmill doesn't show that. :(
I just want a ballpark number.
Thank you 🎉
ОтветитьI will start from tomorrow 😊
ОтветитьGod bless you coach Rachel😭❤️❤️❤️💕
ОтветитьOMG FIRST TIME DOING 20min On A TREADMILL, I absolutely loved this, I hate doing cardio, but this was very fun!!!
ОтветитьThis was such a great run! It is just so nice to have runs that any running level can do. I also really like the 20-30 min and HIIT! Pleas do more like this! Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for this video! First time working out after having my baby (15 months) I felt so good about when she asked to smile and to be proud of myself! 😢❤

I am 5'8" and 260lbs and been doing hour long walk/jogs the past few months with 2.5mph has my max speed. 23-minute mile has been my fastest. Today I did a 20-minute mile. Thanks coach! lol. (Full disclosure: I have a complete roster of doctors making sure I'm ok. Not trying to injure myself.)
ОтветитьThis was my first time working out on a treadmill to a video and I must say thank you for guiding me though it and keeping me on my toes ...... Going back tomorrow for sure !!!!
ОтветитьI so needed this - thank you!!!!
ОтветитьYour greatly appreciated!!!
ОтветитьI usually like Billy Banks work out for my upper body but feel I need a bit more. Wow. So glad I found your page. I had a torn ligament last Oct and have found it hard to find motivation as my ankle hurts here and there, BUT, this beginner HIIT was so good. Thank you. Set my pace and stuck to the end ❤ ankle feels great.
ОтветитьI didn't realize until the end that my incline was a 2 😩😩 I'm dying 💀
ОтветитьHow much time will it take to loose 5kg weight with this workout?? I am moderately active all day and eat 1300 calories a day
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьI almost passed out but I made it!
ОтветитьThis made me tear up a few times. Thank you for making this! I used to be an athlete in high school and post college I lost all of my atheistic ability. Been trying to get back into it and feeling really frustrated. You kept me going to finish. Thank you so much!! I’m sharing this vid with my friends! ❤ you are a gem please keep making videos
ОтветитьI'm about 85lbs overweight and all the workout i've found so far were way too tough and I always ended up cutting them short because I just couldn't go on anymore.
This one was perfect. I pushed my limit without going overboard following the instructions. I feel like this is going to be my must three times a week. The other two days I do zumba.
Really enjoyed the workout
After so many years I’m bck on the treadmill
You made it super easy but kept me motivated throughout
Thank you v
Perfect before my weight training workout

ОтветитьThank you for this workout beginner here invested in a treadmill after bad sciatic nerve pain kept me from walking for almost 3 weeks my physio told me to keep moving after 3 sessions of acupuncture finally to go treadmill to help me get back to work then they fired me for being off sick. So l had time to work on myself and got a new job that needs me to be fit so here I am thanks again ❤❤
ОтветитьThis was so ENGAGING and made my cardio routine much more pleasant - thank you!

ОтветитьFake (.) (.) don't support health and fitness...
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьYeah BabY!! First timer. Got it done 🎉!!
ОтветитьAs a beginner this is my first time 20 min in threadmill I am so grateful 🙏
ОтветитьThis made me feel so proud because I actually completed a proper workout - thank you!
ОтветитьI’m a little confused… are you just hitting the buttons on your tread to up and down for speed ? ( like a level 3 to start then up to a 6 …and then back down ?
( I have only completed 1 hiit on my own before and I walked for 2 minutes at a 3.7 and then increased tread speed to 6.5 … ran as hard as I could then jumped on the sides for 30 sec recovery… ) you make this looks so easy to toggle back and forth….
Maybe I’m running too fast for myself.. hmmm 🤔
Thank you for the videos
You are fab, love that you keep talking it keeps me focused. First time loved it. An out of shape Physiotherapist
ОтветитьGreat 20 minute workout.....upped all my speeds! Seeing improvement.🎉
ОтветитьI've been working so hard to get into better shape and finally came up with a weekly schedule that I really like which includes a cardio and core day twice a week, so I decided to look up a treadmill work out to try for my cardio day and I'm looking forward to trying this as soon as I get up off the couch and to the gym. I am hoping it goes well.
Thanks for sharing this.
