just be sure the narcissist you are dealing with is not the physically abusive type. do these three things yes. but you may need to get them or yourself physically and permanently away from (no longer in the same house) them. narcissism may not be their only mental defect. they could also be psychopaths and spouse beaters, child abusers etc. be safe.
