Sinn Fein was established to achieve Irish independence, Britain then split Irland into two. Then, Sinn Fein wanted Irish reunification. Now, Sinn Fein is in power and can make a referendum whenever they want (because of the Good Friday Agreement). Why hasn’t there been a single referendum on Irish unification?
