I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you, prevent inflation from eroding your savings, build generational wealth, and cultivate good habits and financial knowledge, you must be in the market

Hey if the sale is financed? Is that considered a sale?

In my country we get 10% off of the sale. We also have the real state agent who is with the owner and the one that brings the clients. So we so we so split that by half unless you sell the house without having another person bring you the client!

There is obviously taxes, MLS fees, and other things to consider too

I’ll start doing this since I want finical “freedom” what stops me is the math & conversation process, hope I don’t fail

This is was helpful because a lot of brokers are telling me different things and telling me I cannot make 100,000 my first year. Which is my goal to make but first I want to learn the ins and outs of becoming a great agent first. I feel like giving up this gave me motivation again to continue.
