I do not understand this new trend of passenger screens? Don’t most passengers just use their phones? While Porsche does at least incorporate their screens well into the dash it just seems unnecessary and I’d assume most buyers will not option it.

I find it hilarious that they took what always looked to be a volume knob, it was a knob for the UI; and TURNED IT INTO THE VOLUME KNOB!!!

How was your fuel economy? I hear the BMW 40i variants are real overachievers. This I think is like 11.7/10.2l/100km (20/23 mpg city/highway) rating.

The front looks slightly worse.

Very happy they aren’t “pumping in” sound. Thought it was “piping in” but either way, they didn’t so I’m happy!

We have the 2019 Cayenne, and I was so tempted to upgrade when this was first released. The front looks really nice, and that uniform dash looks so clean.
But the rear looks odd with light colours if you dont pay for the body kit (with a painted bumper), the interior is noticibly more plasticky, the passenger screen is useless, and the car is quite a bit more expensive than 4 years ago. A comparable build to my car now costs over 16k more.
That being said, the current X5, GLE, and Q7/8 arent that great, so maybe this Cayenne will still sell well.

I test drove a couple of the new Cayennes this summer at a Porsche Experience event. Honestly, I didn’t get why anyone would buy this for the premium. An XC90 Recharge is faster, more fuel efficient, handles surprisingly well, carries 7, and doesnt have 60” of screen showing literally nothing of value in terms of entertainment or information over the outgoing model. The 911 GTS on the other hand - 🔥🔥👌🏾

$137k for base Cayenne (with options) BEFORE TAX is ABSURD! Porsche are not that special as they think and for this price you can get X5 M60i FULLY LOADED with literally all the options ($142k before tax)
Crazy overpriced for what it is, only price I can justify for a Porsche is for 911.

Thoughts on the PDK in a Macan vs Tiptronic in the Cayenne, do you feel a difference in shifting, ride etc?
