ОтветитьThis was just what I needed. I am feeling the discomfort more in glute and down side of leg. It seems to come and go. Think it’s an overcompensation of using left side more than right after shoulder surgery on right shoulder. Trying to find ways to do yoga without also causing discomfort in my shoulder. Namaste xo

Little pain below my back down towards my butt area but the pain is very little and this happens only when driving because I drive for a living
I really wish she would talk less and be mindful of how much pain one can be in while doing these exercises.

ОтветитьI finished the first pose and immediately started crying uncontrollably from the release i felt. I’ve been dealing with this for about 2/12 years, with a really bad flair up a year ago. Now I can’t go a day at my job without pain that makes it really hard to walk. This video I can tell is going to do so much good and it’s only my first day. Also, she always seems to know what to say right when I start struggling. She’s also really funny in a time where the pain is so hard emotionally. <33

ОтветитьThis actually works. I have been in a car accident and had chronic pain for years. Every time I tried this yoga routine I would get instant relief but the pain would come back immediately. But I decided to try it again after like a year long hiatus and it got easier, and then I tried it some more, and that got easier. This is the best I have felt in 4 years and I have been running everywhere for weeks with minimal pain.

ОтветитьI have a question.. so I have lower back “deformity” as my husband calls it.. my tailbone sticks outward further than it should. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, to get my lower back on the floor. Any suggestions for this?

ОтветитьAdriene, go back to doing videos like this please. I have watched your videos for 5/6/7 years. This past year I have been watching your new stuff mostly, but this older video is why I love you. This video is funny, relaxed, down to Earth. Your current videos are much more serious, plus the layers of makeup you use hide the real you (plus, who actually wears makeup for their at home yoga class?) you don’t need that.
