A deep and hypnotic composition in which, as usual, I tried to convey the atmosphere of a mysterious dystopian world, using a multi-layered soundscape and a wide variety of gloomy textures.

ОтветитьAstounding ambience! Do you have terms on how one can use your music as a soundtrack for a game?
ОтветитьYou know the video is good when the "most repeated" part is basicly the entire video.
ОтветитьOur world will be like this

Ответить"Their screams echo through the tress like the howling wind during a storm, you can't escape that sound, and you always know when a new patient is selected.
Even the wildlife doesn't venture close-by anymore. I thought I'd be used to it by now, but nothing can numb you from the horrors which we're all part of.
I'd leave if I could, some would say I still have something to live for, and that I was the lucky one, But I can't leave my family, there's nothing left out there for me. I love my family, their deaths were needless.
These experiments should have stopped years ago".
This music is who I am when I am alone and not pretending to be someone else. And the visual of the facility here just stuns me, I feel like I know this place. I mentioned in another of your videos that I really like your thumbnails or backgrounds, they are beautiful to me.
ОтветитьAny chance we can get the picture?

ОтветитьEl perito que diseño el edificio se copio de un termo de gas.
ОтветитьI work in a government office. It's not like this.
Well, our Division isn't, anyway, but we travel a lot. Our IT group, on the other hand...
Seriously, going to visit IT has always seemed a little eerie to me, and not because they're weird. Well, not just because of that. I'm pretty good with weird as a rule - I deal with small business owners who don't always get to talk to other people enough to be healthy, so weird is par for the course - but our IT people are next-level weird in subtle ways.
They're on the seventh floor of our building, so they should get plenty of natural light, but it's always pretty dark there whenever I stop in on business because they keep the overhead lights off for some reason, and use desk lights instead. Visiting someone is like finding a cabin in a dark forest lit by a small lamp: cozy enough, but it makes the darkness outside all the more oppressive.
Their cubes are set up with entryways instead of just openings, so you can't tell who's there that day just by passing by. If you're looking for someone specific, their own coworkers often don't know who's in the office on any given day without going in to check.
A bunch of the cubes are given over to electronics boneyards, with boxes of random cables and computer parts that haven't been sent off for recycling or secure destruction yet. Since people trade cubes every so often as staff come and go, some of these storage areas still have people's nameplates on the outside wall of the cube.
...I swear I was just trying to make a joke at first, but looking at things all together, now I'm going to be thinking of this gently creepy ambience the next time I need to get a password unlocked.

ОтветитьA random fragment of a script I just wrote:
` `It's been 6 years, 6 years since it happened, the fog lingers outside forever, plant life and fungi still grow outside despite a few of them having... Mutations, the air remains rather breathable but the fog, it's there forever now. The things out there own this world now, we're simply tenants who haven't paid their rent yet, and our rent is our lives. Those things dont want us here, they've claimed the world now. All we can do now is to try atleast a little bit to regain small bits of it, we send out teams of three every three days, some come back, some come back with less people, some never even do. We give them the stuff we luckily managed to gather, regular operator kits, gas masks, helmets, plate carriers, limb armor for the, "bitey" ones.
Rifles, mostly MK-18s, sometimes ones with a bit more "umpf", AR-10s, but we can only give them so much equipment, we can't sacrifice much of the more "useful" equipment. We do give them devices, a sort of, "reality anchor" we cooked up in the labs we have scattered around the country, these help stabilize the "warpers" a little to give the teams an edge in killing them, for most of the time the most action the majority of us gets are attacks done by those things on the base, the angled slope on the concrete walls prevent them from climbing, barbed wire and electric fences help a bit too.
Being a guard outside the perimeter is always so eerie, just walking around the fences, maybe a few cliks outside the perimeter, a few meters within, whatever the commander gives us. When I stare at the fog and thick forest I feel like something's staring at me back. Attacks when you're a perimeter guard are a lot more intense than being the ones sitting uptop the base, atleast uptop you wont have to worry about getting killed.
Sometimes I do get sent outside, scurry the local towns, sometimes even cities for food, the gun stores and old military blockades for ammo. They're always everywhere, and after a week long expedition you usually come home dry of ammo because of how, unpredictable, the nature is outside, even the deer, wolves, house pets have turned into "them"...
I only encountered the, "warpers" as the docs call them, a few times, it seems like most of your rounds dont even hit them, it's like they're ghosts... They're so quick it's only a blink of an eye before a squad member dies, luckily we've been able to take them down for now, at costs of course... I don't know how long we can still keep up this empty struggle to live when the government has been unheard for since 4 years ago, it's only us now I guess, Outpost - 001, and a few others a few kilometers away. God help us, if he's even still able to... ´ ´
Good Sound ❤
ОтветитьCreepy, but cool anyways!
ОтветитьLove this. Any place I can buy your music/albums?
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if this building is from a video game? or comes from something else. Great video!!
Ответитьamazing piece, amazing graphic, amazing channel. If I'll ever meet you in those empty corridors, I'll thank you and greet you like an old friend
Ответить"Day 7513... the outside world has slowly been changing and now we are beginning to think that we cannot save them anymore. Those... things out there are starting to look more like feral beasts than machines, becoming more and more sentient as the days go by. One thing that we know for sure though... is that the now sentient machines are rebuilding something we should've fully destroyed a long time ago. Now with the resources of this planet in their control, and our inability to go out there and fight them, we cannot do anything about it. So now, all we can do is hope... Hope that the weapon we are building will manage to atleast take them down for long enough to escape this old facility..."
ОтветитьWhat is that image from?
ОтветитьThis sits backing me up as I dive into some mad gameDev rabbit holes! Love layering it alongside a few mashups too.
ОтветитьI always wonder why the void and silent places like this with this kind music bring me peace and clarity.
ОтветитьImmediate fan. Nice textures. Can feel the drizzle. Imagining reasons why the residents have no use or need for light.
ОтветитьThat’s Epstein’s island. Beautiful place. I heard Bill Gates and Rob Reiner really laid into some little girls there.

ОтветитьThe discord harmonics of the cosmic bells and chimes go straight through you to your soul and takes you and turns you into this energy yet you still stand outside looking up at the dystopian splendor with absolutely joyand wonder, chaos energy is truly the manifestation of us. Well done humanity you have spark. 🎇👈🦎

ОтветитьWe don't know what lies outside of this compound -- but we also have no desire to find out. No one has left or arrived in decades. We have enough food, purified water, medicine, fuel, and weapons, to remain here indefinitely. This place is both fortified, and remote. From what can be seen immediately surrounding us, there are birds, but few to no land creatures. On occasion, we scan radio frequencies and radar...but there's always nothing. The communications rooms lay largely dark and vacant. Our lives here are quiet, reflective -- peaceful, but without purpose. There is sunrise, sunset...and existence. A confined world of safety shared by a handful of living souls. A kind of vapid sanctuary.
ОтветитьКак-будто наткнулся на заброшенный советский санаторий где-то в глубине хвойного леса.
ОтветитьI am 10 seconds into it while reading your description. I like! I have been dancing around this sort of thing lately, not quite as dark, but reflective. I like your use of different textures and willingness to do so! Subbed! Mixing different textures is really fun!
