Gotta dilute that fish sauce homie. You can do %25 fish sauce, %25 sweet and sour sauce dip, and some %50 water. Splash it like vinegar on italian subs. Its the same dressing they use for their fresh spring roll dip, minus the lime.

ОтветитьTried this today, albeit with slightly different ingredients and no steaming, but WOW. It freaking tasted like restaurant grade Korean fried chicken! Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. I will say though, it takes some time and it got a lot messier than in this video (because I suck), but it was worth it for me. Yum! Thanks!
