I appreciate what your trying to do. But at the same time I'm grateful that we are able to travel and enjoy music and be able to have vaccines to keep you from getting diseases which once upon a time people did not have and died from them. There is ups and downs how we live but there is also a lot of positives about it also. Which your enjoying now to go virtual and spread your knowledge about what you do which would be impossible without the internet. We need to fined away how to have both without destroying are planet without going back to living in the bushes again.

Hi Robin, I have been a follower for years. I just wanted to share how inspiring I find you. Not just the lifestyle - I am doing my best to expand my home garden and get to zero waste and I think I can get close within a few more years - but your moral clarity. In particular, I remember your post about how 2020 was the first (?) time you voted because it was an effort to resist fascism. I see your videos and know how you must have thought deeply about that decision (one I obviously agree with), but I just so appreciate the thoughtfulness you bring to everything. I also appreciated your vulnerability recently in talking about mental health challenges. I am a social worker and typically reject the clinical model in favor of the model that our culture creates the conditions within which individuals feel depressed or anxious. Not saying that you feel any particular way about that (although I would greatly appreciate your thoughts) - but, again, I find that I am inspired most by your patient consideration and vulnerability. Anyway sorry to drone on. I hope you are having a wonderful week. If you ever find yourself in Atlanta I would love to go foraging with you ;)

How do you deal with the insects and mosquitos on your bed since your home is wide open?

How can you survive the harsh condition of winter with this house? Plus, if you let your window open like this when you sleep, mosquitos and bugs gonna be all over your house when night come.

I am surprised you were permitted inside the store without shoes. Shoes protect our bodies from parasites. A cushion also benefits our feet while walking on hard wood floors. I love natural living but it's wise to mix the old with the new for health and safety. Do you test the water? Your channel was recommended for foraging info.

I love the statement “In Service to nature and human kind”. This is heart and my goal to live in Kairos with my mind, body and spirit. Student loans, mortgages and car payments keep us entrapped and we lose focus. Mindfully including what we can is our resistance to this tethered life. Sending peace.

I'm surprised to hear anxiety is still present even after almost entirely removing oneself from the hustle and bustle of meaningless capitalistic society. I'm going to question the source of my anxiety now. If it's not a response to outside pressures, then it must stem from somewhere within and I would like to root it out.

Love the car scene where you are looking for food. I do the same thing constantly, especially for mushrooms. I've crashed my bike a couple of times because I was looking for mushrooms and not watching the trail. 😂
