I'd take some space out of that master bedroom and make the dining area a bit larger. It seems a bit tight for the only dining space in a house this large.

The last houses presented are small and poor quality, I am disappointed...

I love the layout of this home. The only gripe so to speak, is the staging. Whomever staged this house went a little over the top. It was kind of hard to imagine where I’d put my own things with so much clutter.

I don't like the entry way in the house. I don't like those basement stairs in the middle of the entrance. Seems like a lot of wasted space on side of the entrance door.

Built-in bunk beds is a terrible idea.

I like the chairs. My daughter decides to come talk to me at bed time. Chairs would keep her from just standing by me lol

This is so bizarre the house looks nothing like ours on the outside but wow, the layout on the inside is very similar to ours. Same fireplace design except ours is Whitestone same living room same kitchen set up I mean this is weird.

Tim, you mentioned metal studs. About 20 years ago I read that junk vehicles can be turned into the steel studs needed to make homes, etc. That has many obvious benefits; however, those in the construction trade would need to be schooled differently, or additionally, in order to build said buildings. Just think what could happen if they all got on the same page in that area!

The beer under the island 😂😂 and they went overboard with the staging. What's with all the animal skin?

I get uncomfortable thinking about living in a home that has a basement with no actual exit door. Those windows that open to a steel or concrete wall with the ladders for egress, just creep me out. The design is lovely, but I'd have to pass on the basement.

The staging is horrendous. It was distracting in every room except the bathrooms. I honestly don't like the house because the decor is so bad.

in the bedroom where the chairs are I think I would spice it up a bit and put a stripper pole up. And as far as the cows go, the only cow I like is on my plate.

The local garden center made a mint off of whoever staged this.

Not a fan of the cabinets, too modern for my tastes.

Loving the size and style of home this is. Being from the UK I find it strange to have the laundry room so close to a bedroom, wouldn't want to leaving your washing going at night. Happy new year.
