Spoon feeding every two weeks,Bio stimulants in between .
ОтветитьCan you use the PGA complete Spring and Fall? You don’t need to mix the NPK ratios?
ОтветитьGet a horse and never worry again.
ОтветитьDo a water change on your fish tank, save it, get a $20 sprayer. Use once a week unless you have sand, then 4x a week. The bigger the tank, the more fish poop fertilizer.
ОтветитьIs anderson paying you to say this?
ОтветитьOne question I can use this fertilizer all year long or is it best to put it on a certain time?
ОтветитьHuman remains
ОтветитьThank you for introducing me to PGF complete. It’s the only fertilizer which my transition zone lawn responded to. I’ve tried several other brands but one bag of PGF took it to a whole other level.
ОтветитьVery beneficial video, thank you so much for sharing
ОтветитьWhat happens to the microbiology of the soil when you add fertilizer. And things like earth worms?
ОтветитьAnderson fertilizer is great but they do not ship to Hawaii anymore.
ОтветитьThanks for the lesson
ОтветитьI completely disagree on the "using the same fertilizer" all the time. Each of the components in fertilizer (Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium) encourage your lawn to do different things. There's a reason why they have different mixes. You don't want the leaves of the plant being encouraged to grow in October when you want it to be preparing to go dormant in winter. You don't want your lawn putting all of it's energy into roots in spring when you want it to be growing and getting greener.
ОтветитьWhat type of lawn mower is that? What’s the name of it?
ОтветитьAffordable? it's forty-two dollars for an eighteen pound bag. someone is sponsored
ОтветитьIt's not sold everywhere, but Fertilome GreenMaker is the best fertilizer I have ever used.
ОтветитьHello does Anderson make a starter liquid fert ? And a Regular liquid for the rest of the season? If so can you answer with links sir. Thanks.
ОтветитьWhat do you recommend for weed control?
Ответитьimo, the best lawn fertilizer is good old fashioned compost. we bought our property in 2012, & I started seriously addressing our lawn in 2016. we do many things for our lawn & it gets better & better every year, but I've noticed the best results the past 3 years after buying & spreading bulk compost every Fall. we also save some of it for late Spring to spread in May for the summer months. the front lawn looks like a carpet of green this year.
ОтветитьDog poop
ОтветитьMenards doesnt sell The Andersons fertilizer anymore
ОтветитьCan I mix and match? The one you use in addition to the “ Deep Green“ 24-0-11?
ОтветитьHello, I love ur lawn videos, they are so helpful and detailed, I have a lawn that wasn’t maintained w lots of weeds, it’s April almost should I spray the weeds first and then overseerSeed in 15 days? Thank u
ОтветитьI also live in Massachusetts, do you have any ideas for a fully organic fertilizer not really one for the synthetic stuff
ОтветитьWe like to think we're the best, but we respect all opinions. 😎
ОтветитьGreat video. I'm never buying a fertilizer (or any product for that matter) that hasn't been on the market for awhile. Also, the Scott's Fertilizer that you get the clumps in, isn't on the manufacturer. They send it to so many stores, the stores won't properly handle the product and moisture gets in. Nice video !!!!
ОтветитьFound ur vid easy to understand, step by step instructions n recommend products to use. Kudos for upload. I have a small lawn n would like to try Anderson PGF. Does it come in a smaller bag??? Please advise.
Anticipating ur next one.
Great appreciated your video. Very informative!
ОтветитьHave you used MicroLife fertilizers?
ОтветитьPro Tip: the best source of food for your lawn is the sun. Yeah, the process is called photosynthesis. The best part? It's free. Thanks 7th grade biology teacher.
ОтветитьI think Milorganite is the best value, organic, cheap, and effective
ОтветитьAnderson's is not cheap. Like $40 plus a bag for 5000 square feet. My yard is almost 20000 square feet. I did use Anderson's this last time, and it is really good. I don't know how affordable it is. I guess it will be based on your yard size.
ОтветитьSorry Silver Cymbal. I only use Jonathan Green seeding and sodding for startup fertilizer, Jonthatn Green Green up lawn food for regular fertilizing and also the JG Organic lawn food for the shaded areas that doesnt need too much nitrogen. They work for me
ОтветитьThanks Silver,
You're always helping us save a buck. Your lawn is gorgeous. I want mine looking like that.
diesel def is 37% Urea and water, less than $5 a gallon.
ОтветитьNot sure if my grass as browning did to going dormant or a fungus. Is fungicide a good to use? Abnormally cold this year until a couple weeks ago. Looked good until then..Thx!
ОтветитьI use cil. And miracle grow and scotts
ОтветитьCan you use miracle grow plant food and spray it on your grass? Just curious
ОтветитьThe lawn looks like a Brain 🧠 you will know but when you see it.
The question is what is in the fertiliser that the lawn needs ?
Save your money and time watching any more videos - Milorganite is by far the best fertilizer available - about $18 a bag at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
ОтветитьThank you so much !!
ОтветитьThis product is Not Sold in California and South Dakota... Any idea what we in the communist states can use
ОтветитьLawn looks perfect. What part of MA are you in?
ОтветитьPGF Complete from Andersons is by far the best I've ever used and the #1 choice for LPGA Golf Courses... It does fantastic on my Soysia
ОтветитьTurf grass lawns are actually the most wasteful use of your yard's area. Turf grasses require fertilization. The use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides poisons our environment and water tables. The fertilers also lead directly to dangerous algal blooms in our oceans.
Turf grasses also require extensive watering during dryer weather. The water is especially troubling since it requires draw-down of aquifers and rivers and lakes; water that would be better utilized by humans and animals.
The third major problem with grass lawns is that they offer no food for bees. Hate to sound like a "tree hugger", but it is true; our bees are in major trouble and without bees we are an endangered species as well.
The solution? If you are in the proper climate do away with the turf grasses and replace them with white clover, violets and yes, (shudder) dandelions. Feed the bees and they will feed us.
Don't forget white clover, violets, dandelions, plantains, purslane etc. are also edible by you! Check them out! And mowed regularly between blooming the "weed lawn" is extremely drought resistant, can grow in less than ideal soil, can withstand shady lawns and are very resilient to wear and tear from kids and pets. At a distance it all still looks like green grass without the problems associated with turf grasses
The video is good. I no longer use Scotts for the same reasons you mentioned. However, while The Andersons PFG Complete is probably "the best", there is no way it is "affordable" for the average homeowner. Currently, it runs around $37/5K sqft bag. For example, I need about 12K sqft so that would be over 2 bags or around $85 worth per application. I will stick with lawn fertilizers from Rural King or Menards, typically between $28 - $32 for 15K sqft bags.
ОтветитьHi I have the lawn striper from torro that hangs from the back of the lawnmower but I have Bermuda grass and it doesn't show much, do you have any suggestions to get theawn stripes with Bermuda grass??? Thanks
Ответить
