ОтветитьI think until I get myself feeling better. I’m gonna lay off working out and let the stretches be my workout because I’m in so much pain from a broken pelvic bone that has left me so imbalanced over the years.

ОтветитьIve been watching your videos today. Saving some as well. I have issues with my right hip coming up 1 inch with in a month. L my guessnits feom a old L4, L5,S1 herniation. Im not at all the patients this was maybe directed to. Im very athletic. Lift heavy. I cant get deep into a squat with weights. My legs are ateong enough for more. My hips dont go as they should. Ive been going to the chiropractor for years. I finally asked him what muscles he said i should strengthen and stretch. I already do all these stretches. Would you have any links for other videos maybe helpful for my situation? While i do lift heavy, im also at a hault of lifting to my previous potential prior to my wreck. Its definitely my hips. Meanwhile i have lean, solid legs and butt. However, thin. I cant add weight to what i use to lift do to this. Thank you. Im enjoying the videos
ОтветитьAfter my broken hip joint I was instructed to devour crossed my legs over so the third stretch I don't believe is an option for me any other alternatives please let me know

I really appreciate you giving this advice.
Biggest mistake to stretch the piriformis. It's already stretched, it's tight because of the hip and the Glute in the wrong position.
Just watch PRI left AIC videos...

ОтветитьWow! I want to share so much after watching this and doing the exercises. I have been dealing with issues for years. Major tummy and back issues. Been to many chiropractors and been diagnosed with IBS. Today my back has been hurting in several places with sciatica pain. I was not walking very good and having grinding in my left side when I lift my leg up to put my pants on. I could lift my right leg better than the left leg. While watching this video doing the exercises. I have imedeate relief in my entire back. I had complete bowel movements and a full urine relief. No pain crossing my leg while sitting. No pain sitting while working on my posture. Wow! This really works. Thank God and thank you for yielding to his word and helping and loving all of us. Keep it up. No meds.
ОтветитьHello Dr. Plz reply and help us. My mother fell down from a motorcycle 1.5 years ago. In xray of palvis hair line fracture was observed but not sure. Since then she is suffering a lot of pain. She can't even walk 1 or 2 step continuously. Instead of walking She jump due to that pain in her leg. Doctors are just giving pain killer. Sir plz suggest any exercise or any medicine which can give my mother permanent relief from that pain. It is not bearable. Sir plz reply. I will be waiting for you best solutions.
ОтветитьThe 3rd stretch doesn't work for me. I have my leg over as far as the bones go and it doesn't feel stretched. The first doesn't feel like much either but I can feel something. How do you align yourself if you are very flexible?

ОтветитьI actually do these exact stretches for this exact issue. IT guy with a weak core, poor posture and over time my right leg shortened and caused all sorts of lower and mid back pain. Doing these stretches and many more, working out my core, glutes and slow jogging has help immensely! Thank you for the information.

ОтветитьSigh. I have problems with my SI joints getting stuck. Unfortunately I just has a knee replacement 6 months ago and crossing legs is forbidden. Any advice is appreciated. I am paying for my chiropractor’s kids’ college fund at this point!

ОтветитьIt helps even better if you cross your feet further down with your lower legs, like a braid. This works best when lying down in front of the wall.

ОтветитьSadly most of the people who have tightness are in fact have just weak hips and the weakness causes tightness and these stretches are gonne make your problem worse so please if you have like lower back pain or you feel like you have one leg shorter than the other leg you may have weak hips so stretching will give temporary relief so u need to strengthen your hips not stretching them

On my right side its about an inch shorter than my left side. It was cause from a broken leg and it healed shorter. So I wear a shoe lift. ... But I feel it does not help, and I have difficulty exercising in the gym. I want to keep my stomach and body tune but don't know what types of exercises to do. WHAT ARE YOUR SUGGESTIONS?
