ОтветитьI did this when I done my lower back. Of all the routines online, this was the one that really worked. Since then I’ve strengthen my core and don’t get pain anymore. But this routine was a Godsend, I was so bad I had to crawl to the toilet before I found this. Thank you so much

Now after a work accident I really have used it a lot more frequently & it really has helped me recover. Thank you for helping us mere mortals with realistic efficient solutions x

ОтветитьThis is literally the BEST lower back video out there. I went to a physical therapist with significant back pain after my second baby, and these are the exact exercises they recommended. Was not motivated to do them until I found this Hasfit video. I am always amazed how effective this video is in helping with lower back pain!!

ОтветитьThat knee twist amazing! Keeping my back flat honestly flat I can hardly move 2 degrees without my back lifting-shows how stiff I am. Good test though. Hopefully will improve. I almost cant do it at all without my back rolling. Oh brother.
