Ответитьwhile i think i am a little fat still at 78kg 182cm my ribs/abs are showing and friend says he looks at me and he thinks im a little over 10bmi and calc says 23bmi. while i dont believe i really have that much muscle (especially since i dont lift crazy numbers at all, no 100kg bench yet, no 200kg dl altho it might be fairly close with bad form and belt 1repmax) i dont think i really have that much fat either. i guess i should go check it out on a machine, if i even care that much

ОтветитьI gained roughly 10 to 8 pounds of muscle with just 6 months of working out and it was a lean gain had a six pack the whole time I never worry too much about fat I was just trying to get bigger and stronger for football but a good diet a workout program and I got a great gains in lean mass. I don’t believe in bulking but I like your informative content.

ОтветитьWhoever listens to this has never reached a respectable bodyweight. Just eat whatever you can get and then top it of with some shakes because you will never eat enough.
ОтветитьAccording to my calculations I’m eating around 700-1000 calories more than my maintenance calories, is that dirty bulking or clean bulking?
ОтветитьI'm at 23% but still want to put on some muscle first. Bit cause getting into food tracking is easer with more calories and building the habits and disciplined for when I cut back
ОтветитьNot sure that's what I want. I've been thin my whole life and I like being that way, it's really a part of my identity. But I do want to build muscle, to be atractive, being muscular thin. If bulking is more about becoming big with not only the muscles but also the fat, that's not something I want. I like being skinny, I just need some more muscles mass
ОтветитьBulking is out dated af imo... There's no reason... Get enough calories and protein, I eat 1700 calories a day - stupid nutritious, <10% fats, 4-5g omega 3, 35-40g fiber, 0g sugar/except some minimal fruits, 160g protein and weigh 250lbs.... bulking does exactly what you'd think it would do it makes you fat, slow, limits mobility... and it's a pain in the ass to have to cut weight f-that
Edit: I realize I could eat more calories and more protein and get bigger, I'm a nutrition extremist, but I don't really want to get bigger personally... but my point remains, you don't need to bulk...
today i will start my first ever bulk and the first day in my attempt to forgwt about her.
