Every fluoridated toothpaste I've seen (of the normal kind, sodium fluoride, not just stannous) say call a poison control center right away if more than the normal amount is swallowed. So I'm not sure why just the stannous kind is pointed out for that hazard.

So what I got from this video is toothpaste is useless and it’s just a scam to get money. You can brush your teeth with just water and floss properly and your teeth will be just fine. Wow.

Hey, I just wanna ask real quick what is the best healthiest whitening toothpaste because I understand that you don’t need toothpaste but cleaning your teeth just brushing them doesn’t make them white right? You need something to make them white and I don’t want to damage my teeth. I just wanna whiten then.

I was told about 25 years ago from a young hygienist fresh out of dental school that you don't need to brush your teeth. You can use a rag to wipe off your teeth. You really need to concentrate on flossing. 25 years later, I'm just starting to understand that gums need love, too.❤ I'm an avid flosser trying to teach my 10 year year old the validity of flossing. OMG. Finally what I have thought to be true for many years has been confirmed by an actual expert. I always thought that the brush alone was enough.
I do think that charcoal is good though but once in a while.

Apparently anti malaria drugs kill periodontal disease(bacteria) but they won’t do anything for the damage that’s already been caused and the risk of reinfection. There’s been a lot of people who have taken anti malaria drugs and had this side effect of the inflammation disappearing for a longtime.

I always brushed with hydrogen peroxide & baking soda, I'm in my mid 60's, I have all my teeth, never had cavities, they are very white & healthy and no receding gums. I also use a water pic. I constantly get compliments on my white teeth. Just avoid acidic foods, sugar & grains if you want healthy teeth.

Hello sir ,can I use Listerine mouthwash once everyday, for lifetime!

The last thing I do at night before going to sleep is floss all teeth and brush with any tooth paste but do warm saline mouth wash (warm water,a little salt and a pinch of baking soda).
Been doing this for almost 30 years ,have all good teeth and gums,AND never went to a dentist ,they hate me.

The best toothpaste that is out there is called "Biomed calcimax". It's not the Colgate or Crest or something mainstream. Look for a hydroxyapetite toothpaste that helps with demineralization of your teeth. 😊

Charcoal toothpaste is the worst thing. Do not listen to this person.

I brush under the shower and just use the shower head as a kind of water pick. 😄

It also depends on what tooth brush you use and how u brush it.

Hard was recommended for people with certain types of mouth.
Now dentist are saying hard causes gum recession. We are to use soft bristle. So wtf are stores selling hard brushes???

Don't use fluoride, it causes sensitivity. Now using fluoride free, it gave me more cavities!

This dental industry is unregulated and full of lies and scams!

When I brush without toothpaste, I can feel and see that my teeth are cleaner, it remove more plaque! 😌😁
