Oh my goodness I hope that jerk who pepper sprayed staff is in jail. People can have dangerous reactions to that and many staff would have no idea how to help those sprayed either. So dangerous!

I think its ridiculous that a person pepper sprayes a staff over a French fry refund. I hope whoever did it gets arrested they have no idea that a person can have a very severe allergic reaction to it. 😮

Employees need instructions on how to handle being pepper sprayed. I only knew about rinsing out the eyes with water.
If you get pepper sprayed in the eyes, you should
React quickly and avoid touching your eyes.
Blink as much as you can and help your eye tear up. Blinking produces the liquid that helps to flush your eyes.
Move into an area with fresh air, if possible.
Flush the affected area with lots of water to wash away the contaminants.
Avoid using soap around the eyes as it is an irritant.
Remove clothing that may have come into contact with the spray to decontaminate and prevent re-contamination.

You know, I’ve looked everywhere through laws, statutes, and policies, but I couldn’t find one occurrence where “disrespect” was listed as either a criminal or civil offense. But from viewing a number of these employee versus customer videos you would think “disrespect” ranks alongside 1st degree murder.

Customers come in thinking their queens, they need to be humbled. Or else they make get something extra in their drinks

You really gotta think about how much fast food workers are paid to be dealing with bullshit from countless amount of customers who are just insufferable most of the time. Honestly it’s not a surprise to see some of them angry whether it’s justified or not.

I’m tired of fast food workers victimizing themselves, it’s usually me cringing about going to pick up my food because I never know what kind of baggage that’s gonna be unleashed upon me from the workers

I got pepper sprayed by cops back in the day at a party back in high school. There was a huge fight in the kitchen of the house and this one cop sprayed the whole room, literally right in my face and it sucked but this chick's acting like she's dying.
