How to make the ULTIMATE Charcuterie Board

Hahahahahahah! This "cheese board" would cost $250 plus. For a few people at your "gathering" to pick at it and then throw it out.

I know this is an old video...but for any new people like me who find it, I thought I'd add that "charcuterie" isn't really a "cheese" board. Charcuterie means "cooked flesh" so this is really a MEAT board. The meats are most important. The cheeses and other goodies are actually just there to play second fiddle to the meats...so make sure you get a variety of those too.

Wow! This goes far beyond the water crackers and soft bar cheese of the '70's! ...along with the Strawberries and separate bowl of powdered sugar, pretzels and chips. Not for the faint of heart!
