This is why I stress out when I see cam footage of officers failing to wear their seatbelts & failing to secure passengers with seatbelts.
What if he was transporting a suspect to HQ? The rear passenger along with the officer, would of most likely have been killed. I hope the officer was wearing his seatbelt & makes a full recovery. The fleeing suspect can go to hell!
The words spoken from the female reporter at the end, could of been worded better from "if you liked this video......" To "if you find this video interesting &\or you are affected......."
Its like saying, "I liked watching the video of someone plowing into a police cruiser at high speed where the officer was seriously injured"!

its both of their fault. The black car was running a red light as you can see as the one above it, And the police officer was going at a high rate of speed without the sirens.

How can you not see the cop car with his lights on shame on that driver

The police destroy innocent people's lives daily, and can be as wrong as TWO LEFT SHOES, AND ARE NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING! IT'S SICKENING HOW A CAPTAIN WILL HO ON TV AND LIE FOR THEM, AND AN INNOCENT VICTIMS LIFE, PROPERTY ARE SCREWED! That light was red well before the driver entered the intersection and they blew right through it. They can't even say it was yellow when they entered the intersection it was straight red from at least ten feet before they even entered the intersection.

If you look at the enhanced up close video of the traffic lights on the road the police car was on, they seem to be red also. I am guessing the impala had the right of way. The cruisers video will show the proof.
