I work from home a couple days a week, and usually have "focus" music playing softly in the background. Today, I searched for "soft, happy" music, and this showed up on the list. I'm loving it. I play guitar and going to learn it and come up with some accompaniments.

This took away my depression and my suicidal thoughts that I’ve been having. It was really bad this time and I thought I couldn’t get out of it. Thank you

I love this. I have panic attack up to 2-3 times a day and when I’m having a panic attack I feel like there is no happiness in this world. But then I turn this on and it keeps me so calm! I’m now only having 0-1 panic attacks a day, It prevents my panic attack. I love the bird noises in the background too! ❤

So this is odd because every other comment is mainly about using this in the morning, well if you are like me and have a really messy room and when told to clean it you start stressing, I found this music helped it took all day but now the results are so crazy I'm typing this now listening to this again in my room❤❤
