Thanks Jamie! Great explanation.
ОтветитьBlow my mind 🤯
ОтветитьHey Jamie, Great video! Thank you for sharing your generous knowledge and helping others. I definitely gaining knowledge, especially with the tax subject. I have 1 question to ask though if you wouldn't mind. So I bought my first buy-2-let property off plan in Liverpool L1 mortgage free( outright) and rented. My next move is to purchase another or two to build a portfolio, taking a first-time self-employed mortgage down the line, any word of advice you could share? Thank you for all the help and spare time in advance.
ОтветитьJamie, you are a genius!💡 Even though I could be your mum and I have been in this business for many years, I am learning so much more and precious tricks and hacks from your videos ! 🤩Thank you so much !!!!
ОтветитьBrilliant video!
Ответить"You need to learn to think of tax as the most sexiest thing you come across""🤣😆🤭 Will try my best to learn that😆🤑. Thanks for the video
Ответитьlove your no bs attitude💯 great vid 👍👍
ОтветитьNot going to lie, I've been deep in watching lots of property videos and refinancing has always had me lost until now, perfectly explained I even had that light bulb moment 😃
ОтветитьBest video I’ve seen in the subject!thank you 👍🏼
ОтветитьYou are fucking amazing mate!!! 👍👍👍
ОтветитьGreat video 👍
Viewed. I'm still learning the basics from you. A lot of great knowledge we get from you, thanks
Also do you consider the additional payments on the refinanced mortgage and factor it in? or is ir just covered in the anticipated rental income
ОтветитьZero point fuck all 😂
ОтветитьJamie your videos are very informative. I am in your locality could you pm me with a contact to a decent Property tax advisor. I have a few properties and am doing everything myself and am looking to retire in the next 10 years so could really do with making sure my plan is the best option going forward.
ОтветитьGreat videos, clear concise and no bullshit - well done
ОтветитьWhen it comes to Voids, is there a rule of thumb when budgeting for them?
ОтветитьI love how you explain this stuff, thanks Jamie!
Ответитьif you did a interest only mortgage then of that £27,628 in capital growth, wouldn't you only own 25% of it, as your equity will always remain the same?
ОтветитьIs ROCE the same as when people say ROI ?
ОтветитьGreat content Jamie, please keep them coming. Can I ask how you deal with your rent increases over time? Do you try to increase them in line with inflation or just when you change tenants etc?
ОтветитьHey Jamie great video have a couple of questions around was there any reason why no value increase in renovations was accounted for, and is the mortgage based on repayment or i/o would be great to hear back from you
ОтветитьI have a maths degree and even I was impressed by that last bit!
The final figures are £5,368,709.12 and £48,196.86
I've being looking for an account with a rate of 0.fuckall% but can't find it. Which bank?
ОтветитьBrilliant content. How do you find a good tax accountant?
ОтветитьWhen you mortgage are you fixing for 25 years?
ОтветитьHi Jamie, thanks for an amazing vid as always.
What's your opinion on investing in a holiday home in 2021?
Somewhere like Spain for example
Edit: I mean for purposes such as renting it out to international tourists
Excellent video as usual
ОтветитьThank you Jamie for explaining this in a clear concise manner. Once again a great video.
Ответитьreally informative video once again, one thing i got lost by was the refinancing part. Do you have any videos specifically on refinancing?
ОтветитьHow can 1 dislike this video? It’s literally free money😂 Great videos...keep it up!
ОтветитьThanks for the explanations. we should think about inflation rate and rent increase rate too .They are affecting net income level.
ОтветитьSo well explained I ll have to listen to it again as there is so much valuable info.
ОтветитьIf I had £100k would it be better to start with one house with a very low LTV or no mortgage, or buy two or three with high LTV.
ОтветитьI LOVE YOUR CHANNEL. I'm 15 yrs old in the UK and I'm really interested in investing. What would you recommend I do to get as much knowledge as possible e.g. Books, videos etc. Also what should I do to get started as soon as possible. Thanks
ОтветитьSo helpful. The only thing that scares me away from property investing is the idea that I put so much money into my portfolio then house prices nose dive and I’m financially crippled and I can’t pay off all the interest only mortgages I’ve taken out. Is there any protection for property investors in this regard?
