If I'm spending over 6 grand on an acoustic, it should have a real wood fingerboard; and honestly a one-piece neck in my opinion.

Wish they kept the inlays and headstock without bats but having the bats on the pickguard only would be better. Still very cool and nice sounding.

I love this guitar's whole attitude. Sadly, it looks like it's no longer available. I'm quirky enough to really enjoy playing a guitar that looks like that.

I agree, ebony board alone would've justified the $6,000 price tag had it been used instead of a recycled paper-based composite (BLEECH!!!). Gibson better stop playing it cheap like they've been doing of late because they're basically scamming their own customers and that's NOT the way good business is done for that matter. Damn shame, that Dreadnought was a work of art too:::sigh:::

Should have an Adirondack top at that price point. All of em. Hummingbirds, Doves, etc should have Adi top options, follow the Martin example for success.

@gobsonguitar we don’t want versions made for dealers, we want to pick our own specs like the custom shop used to do. Follow Martin’s success, and start using more Adirondack and open up a real custom shop where I can order my hummingbird with my own specs pleeeeease. Thanks for considering
