Azure Data Factory - 2 - Installing Self Hosted Integration Runtime

Hello! While installing Self Hosted Integration runtime on my VM, its stuck on “Specify Backup File”. Not sure what to do next

Hello, do u have any instance that using Integration Runtime to load data from on-perm to azure?
