ОтветитьWait, this isn't a runescape guide 😅
ОтветитьModern civilization starts there.
ОтветитьI'm wondering if the heat from the cooling of the finished product is used. It doesn't looks like it is here but it could be, hard to tell. But with some heat exchangers or even turbines, it could be a good way to gain energy efficiency.
I'm sure many engineers already thought about it and made calculations on that. If it's worth it, it probably already exists.
Nice video and good narrator thank you
ОтветитьGreat documentary. Modern processes, but old fashioned documentary with actual technical information. Kudos to Corus.
ОтветитьLeaning casting process ❤
ОтветитьChỉ là tái chế sắt vụn? 👎
ОтветитьI know Basic Oxygen furnace BOF
ОтветитьSteel is your friend.
Ответитьwhy is this videos transitions are feels like im watching naruto lol
ОтветитьIs Japanese steel known to be the best quality in the world? I’ve just heard that before so I ask in case any of you guys know
ОтветитьWell done, but the direct reduction process should be - at least - mentioned.
Ответитьthis is marvelous, i learnt a lot from this video demonstration.
Ответитьthat soundtrack is fire!!
ОтветитьVery clear and inspiring video 👍👍
ОтветитьExcellent video!
ОтветитьGood luck from pakistan steel trader
Ответитьjust wondering how they made the equipment to make the steel
ОтветитьIs there any soundtrack of this video
ОтветитьWonderful, in the eighty years, I have worked at the metallurgy laboratory of SOLLAC Florange ! 👀👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Ответитьlike it a lot
ОтветитьWhy using continuous casting instead of ingot casting
ОтветитьGreat educational video!
ОтветитьI`m 48 years working in the steel/sheet metal businiss: first as sheet metal operator/ toolmaker and finally as laser operator but still learning...🦾.
ОтветитьAny objects still made out of iron ?
Or is it turned into steel first then the
various objects
made from the steel ?
Forget sending your children to a misery factory, teach them at home, with VISUAL/AUDIO delivery - they will learn 10 times more than they would at those abysmal, destructive institutions.
They then complete level 2 NVQ in their OWN TIME, when they are ready to do so, not when Big Brother tells them to. Forget GCSE.
Don't ever traumatise your child by forcing them to endure years of punishment, misery, bullying, pressurised competition and isolation within a "School" system. Those places belong in history, as mental asylums, where kids are scarred for life with mental illnesses such as PTSD, depression and social anxiety.
The only times I learned anything at that horrible place called 'School' was TV room, where I'd soak up knowledge and inspiration from educational programs like this one. Bite-size level, admittedly, but still very rich in potential for your kids' learning and development, from the comfort of home, where they belong, with their parents.
Good. keep it up
ОтветитьVery annoying video . .
ОтветитьElectric Arc Furnace steels are not suitable for structural steel. And in the last few months to a year, the UK can no longer make structural steel because we no longer have blast furnaces, only electric arc funaces.
Ответитьstupid music. very disturbing.
ОтветитьCihat hocadan gelenler fav
ОтветитьSteel is so important!!
ОтветитьHi,
I'm a musician from County Durham in the UK. I'm creating a music video for a track I've written and wondered whether you'd allow me to use a few seconds from your brilliant video.
I would credit you in the video end credits.
I should add that I make no money from the music.
Thanks
John.
Thank you for breaking this down to such' simple terms!!!
I write for a zombie apocalypse larp where, to make a long story short, I need to facilitate an encounter where players kill a horde of zombie by breaking into a smelting plant pouring molten metal on them. I have no idea how any of this works, but thankfully smart people like you guys are making plenty of videos for dummies like me! :)
Glad you got no music
ОтветитьAmazing 😊
ОтветитьSay no to coke an tar bois
ОтветитьThat was the quick answer. Now, let's do it the proper way
ОтветитьI am China Top Crane Factory, I would like to talk with you further, please give me a chance!
ОтветитьProcess of steel making very nice i have also doing as the post of stove attendar and mettarial charging systems in Tata steel old blast furnaces jamshed pur in India
Ответитьwhat does texas thrash metal know about a BOF?
ОтветитьVery nice small documentary, but the music is DISGUSTING
ОтветитьAs a 40yr melshop operator, it is so sad to see these stupid simplistic, dressed up explanations of steel production. Steelmaking is not sexy! Dirty, hot, and dangerous when engineers don't listen.
ОтветитьThis a really good video. I want to know more about blast furnaces versus arc furnaces and this Vid has moved me on a great deal in that regard. Thank you :)
ОтветитьYou don't blow oxygen onto iron, you blow oxygen into it.
ОтветитьAs a fan of bodybuilding who knows just the basics of what judges are looking for, all I can say is that all these guys ALWAYS look a thousand times better OFFSTAGE without fake tan. To me, onstage they look soft, they lose a lot of definition and separation, and they just have a fake “plastic” look to them. I don’t get it. Am I the only one?
ОтветитьAll we need now is for MP's to watch this, because they don't have a clue about the steel making processes, especially why we need blast furnaces to produce iron. Really good documentary BTW. Sorry for bringing politics into it.
