To have been going through this stage at 64 is a bit daunting to say the least.

My Inner Child is an aspect I have given extremely minimal focus to, as I know wiĺl be the same for the majority! Thank you for bringing awareness to this aspect of our SELF/selves. You open channels of awareness given tòo little focus and therefore energy to. Thank you!!

I genuinely found this helpful and nearly understood it. How can you know that the inner child remembers the universe; has cosmic origins; is a portal; a fractal ? To the layman ( me ), it sounds like a belief or a leap.

Lovely explanation, however I am having difficulty trusting the mind as the mind will only use me to its own accord. My mind pretends to be persons and entities that I know to win me over with identification to what it's said. So If I start meditating and allow the inner child to come fourth in what ever form it take's How am I going to build trust when all I know its the Ego trying to build a relationship and get me to identify with what's its saying. As you are aware this can be a slippery slope because once you start talking and identifying with that the mind says you've open a canned of worms for more identification with thought form. So I wonder how I Can even start to heal my inner child without having been deceived by the inner dialogue of the trickster mind? I want to heal the inner child I am going to, it's just that My mind tricks me at every turn just to get me on it's side, so what even is my approach at this point? 🙏🖤

Right now I feel like I’m trying to explain to my inner child how much someone loves us. Iv always walked my life as tho I was one being and confused what my inner child was saying. I always felt off. But this one person makes me feel like home more than anything in the world. And it’s so hard to express to my inner child she does love us because the world loves us and all my inner child needs is me. I don’t need any specific attention from someone when the whole world is screaming that I am loved. We got this :)

I’m a bit confused. When you say I should for example take my inner child shopping, you mean I should do that in my imagination during meditatioon or should I really go shopping in the physical world? Any answer would be appreciated. Thank you. ❤

I really dont ubderstand how people work. Shes saying thebinner child needs to be validated and all this stuff, i have been trying to do that for years. To make myswlf feel deeply seen and validated and what not. It feels like i really do have a grasp on whats going on and what i need to feel and what it is, but the issue is, who is this self thats supposed to be validating this "inner child"? Why is it being called an "inner child" instead of it just being me? Whi is there such a disconnect and separation that it feels like people have developed some second self that interacts with their "inner child" as if its two separate people? Its just me. There is no grown up self, there is no inner child self, its just one me. The emotions or thoughts may have fragmented but it feels like its impossible to see my self, as my self, and gove myself what i need, as the self that needa it and is unable to give it to others because i nees to fill my own cup first. And it feels like i need to get it from other people, because its not the same if i do it myself. If i do it myself it doesnt chabge anything becauae the experience i need is to be seen, and it doesnt matter if i see myself, i already do, but that doesnt change anything. The fact is the trauma is there from other people bot seeing me, so it needa to be healed by other people seeing me, because i am obly one self, and i dont have another person inside to see me. I just see me. Someone please help i dont understand
