ОтветитьHello!! I'm a middle schooler and I wanted a more toned body so I tried this out and OMG. I've been doing it ALL summer except for maybe 12 days? So its been 3 mo - 12 days. And I have visible 6 pack now. But tbh it's been there since halfway through 2nd month. So PRAISE TO MADDIE AND HER WORKOUTS FOR BEING EFFECTIVE. Thx mads <3
