Is the point to not shampoo so often, or to not get your hair wet so often? I don't shampoo every day but I do condition only in the shower in between.
ОтветитьI know you made this 2yrs ago but…
What to do the second day after you wash your hair? How do you revitalize your bed hair?
Thanks for all the information.
Thank you Justin
ОтветитьMy hair is fine, but thick. Lots of sources seem to assume than fine and thin go together, so interpretation gets interesting!
ОтветитьIs Dr. Bronner's all-in-one magic soap, the mild baby one, okay as a shampoo? 🧴🫧
ОтветитьJustin, I watched some of your videos and then saw Chris the hair guru. Watched him and between the two of you, YOU put WEIGHTS (LIKE THAT HAIR PUN) HIM A LOT IN THE TERMS OF EXPLANATION IN ENGLISH! THE FACT YOU HAVE A LIVE MODEL TO SHOW WHAT YOU MEAN AND DO IS EXTEREMLY HELPFUL! ( BY the way I am not yelling at you...I am trying to get my point across to your viewers that aren't girly like me or haven't grown up doing a lot in the way of Messing with there hair. Because they didn't know how to).
Just one question, like hair I am not tech savvy where do I go to find the links you say are below to check things out you say will be in the links below?
I WILL BE STAYING WITH YOU!!!
I’m so grateful for your educational and realistic approach! Thank you ❤
Your fairy feather haired friend
I started using dry shampoo and reduced washing my hair to twice a week. I have a whole new head of hair!
ОтветитьI do all you suggest here, but when my hair is dry I put Velcro rollers in it after I spray eat section with heat protective spray. Then I heat blow dry the sections. What are your thoughts on Velcro rollers w fine hair?
ОтветитьUsing too much protein products damages your hair 😭 I just had to get mine cut since I was using too much protein .
ОтветитьI have never heard a hairstylist address the fact that feeling good about yourself with thin, fine hair is important. I have had stylists send me out of the salon with flat, dull lifeless hair as almost punishment for having thin, fine hair. Like I don’t deserve to feel pretty. No heat, no products, no colour.
I have always thought I would prefer to keep my hair shorter and weather the risk of damage so I can at least feel ok about myself. What is the point of perfectly healthy hair if it makes you feel miserable?
Absolutely true! Pick your poison
ОтветитьInteresting. Thanks!
ОтветитьSaludos desde México gracias por las obcerbaciones😊
Ответить1.Use shampoo with zink
2.Use the gel from the flaxseed seeds after shampooing.
3.blow dry
It works wonders for me.
Note. Let the flaxseed in water overnight. That's how you get the gel.
I am surprised people don’t know the things you talk about. It’s pretty simple. One thing I never do is put any heat protector that contain alcohol. Oribe has a great one. The only product I use that has alcohol is my hairspray, to hold my style. One of the best products I have used for texture and volume is Lange Thicket and Osis Hair Dust. Glass Hair also by Lange for frizz is amazing!!
ОтветитьHi from the UK. Love your videos and thank you for all of your professional advice, it really does help.
I often wonder what hairstyle you would recommend for me......probably not the one I currently have.xx

ОтветитьI wash my hair every day. My head feels dirty if I don’t.
ОтветитьAt 65 my fine thin blond hair was thinning....badly. Male pattern baldness runs in my family. So I started on Minoxidil foam 5%. My hair volume tripled in a year. Now I only use it once every other day. The foam is less drying. And the brand name is definitely better than the generics. Dry shampoo helps too.
ОтветитьAgree!
ОтветитьI have very fine hair. Using silicone-free shampoos works really well with my hair. Many shampoos and conditioners contain silicone. Silicone weighs down and coats your hair. Try what I’m suggesting and you’ll see a difference. I no longer have to wash my hair every day.
ОтветитьThank you for this! I used moisturizing shampoo and conditioner because, as you get older, EVERYTHING gets drier! But I only wash my hair every 3 days. The biggest difference in getting back to a slightly thicker hair has been a very good fish oil of all things. Within a couple of months of my hair was much healthier and thicker. This is on 70 yo hair.
ОтветитьI have fine hair but a lot of it! I rarely use conditioner because it only flattens my hair. My hair is very healthy. I use minimal product before I blow dry, never use hot irons and a good can of hairspray is my best friend. And my hair is extremely straight!
ОтветитьNo matter what 8 do my fragile frizzy hair feels like straw cotton candy. Morocconoil leave in conditioner has so much alcohol in it why???
ОтветитьGod bless you for these thin and fine hair videos
ОтветитьΕιστε υπεροχος κατανοητος αλλα δεν καταλαβαινω τη γλωσσα...😂Να μεταφραζοταν στα ελληνικα.;;;...GRECCE🇬🇷❤

ОтветитьHello Justin I hope to get your thoughts on this subject which is morning hair care. I have very fine hair and I sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent breakage and whether I wear hair up at night or leave it down the next days before washings are horrible because I am having to mist and restyle my hair with dryer. I have had to do this all my life to achieve the look and somewhat volume because upon waking up it looks like I've been in the wind and hair is just flat and messy not to mention stiff if I have styled it the day before with hairspray or other products. Please share your thoughts morning hair care for fine hair. This is my everyday struggle.
ОтветитьDanke für deine schönen Videos.
ОтветитьLove your videos. No run around rubbish sale pitch to promote yourself that keeps you having to come back. Amazing explanations and choices given to what I do with your info or product suggestions. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you for understanding
ОтветитьI am 81. My hair has always been fine, but I had a lot of it plus I have curl in it, which gave it a lot of body suddenly it was like it was not growing. It seemed to have short hairs longer hairs. It was just not my hair anymore. Very depressing, I have to have it wet or it will not blow out and get all that freeze out. I am just at the point of crying today. I got a haircut and she just made a mess out of it. It really looked pretty about six months ago. I don’t know what happened every time I go it looks different. I’ve tried so many hairdressers and they do not know what they’re doing, always neat and it was so important to me. I have always been very conscious about how I look. I was very tiny and still am of course the weight has shifted which is natural with age. I had a Revlon hairdryer which I used for eight years and then it decided to break I really liked it and I forgot to write down the style and I cannot, find one that doing like it should the air is too hot and I don’t like that on my hair but I have to have heat. I also have to use some gel. The curl that I have is around the sides and some in the back but flat on top no one wants that, but I don’t want to put perm in my fragile hair plus I do have a little bit of dermatitis so I can’t win for losing. I saw the expensive hairdryer, how do they work? I’ve ordered two more Revlon and I’m sending them back to Amazon and they just get too hot. I just don’t know what to do. I’m at my wits and I’m just having a bad day. I’ll just give anything if you could come see me and take care of my hair.😢 where do you live? I can’t travel because I have chronic back problems so it’s just one thing after another. I had her cut back a little shorter and whatever she did I did have a Bob. It is now a mess. The sides are crooked. The back has some long some short and I just bragged about how good she was and then all of a sudden it all changed. I live in West Columbia, South Carolina. I would love just love to have a makeover. Nothing would make me happier. I can’t go out. I can’t shower. I can’t do anything I just want my hair to look good, explain to me how that hair dryer works. Do you know anyone near West Columbia, South Carolina that you can recommend. just love your videos and how you care about women and their hair you’re very special thank you
ОтветитьI have thin hair but in your video besides using heat protectant what product should I use to add volume?
ОтветитьMy hairdresser always comments on the beautiful condition of my hair. I rarely use heat and I air-dry my hair as much as possible.
The most I wash my hair is every other day, sometimes much less. I also will just wash the hair framing my face if the lengths still feel clean. Although, needless to say really, I need to wash it more often in the summer.
Lastly, I'm severely allergic to chemical dyes, so I use natural henna and indigo. The colour is a lovely natural auburn/chestnut (depending on ratio) and it's good for my hair and scalp.
I'm not good at styling my hair, so I need a good cut so that it falls nicely. (I'm lucky to have fine straight hair for that, not so much for when I want curls etc.)
You are really inspirational for us - folks with fine /thin hair!
ОтветитьI actually unsubscribed from this guy today.
ОтветитьWhat’s a good temperature to stick with regarding fine hair ? I’m thinking 250-350 . But I have a hard time getting any results unless I go 350 or above . I want one of those heated round brush curling irons so I can mimic a good blow out and get a bit of curl occasionally. Can you do some videos regarding the heated round brushes ? Not all of us are good with the round brush and blow dryer . I have carpal tunnel and my shoulders get achy from arthritis. I can’t decide which one to get cuz the only girl who compares them has a voluminous, thick head of gorgeous curly hair . Nobody with my hair type ( almost identical to Deanna’s) does any comparisons. Not even many with my hair type review them here . I’d like one with multiple temp settings of course. Those one temp ones could be dangerous in my opinion. Thank you ! Big hugs to you and Deanna 😊
ОтветитьMy hair is thin and fine and I can't tell the difference between when I blow dry my hair or when I air dry my hair and then use the flat iron. I've tried the round brush hair dryer combo and it makes my hair frizzy... Just air drying makes it look damaged and broken. Given that it's still going to be thin and still going to be flat and the only thing that's smooths the cuticle is a flat iron, Which is the healthier choice?
ОтветитьThank you, Sweetheart….I will try these tips….I am 77 and just trying to make it look like I HAVE hair. 👍🏼😁
ОтветитьI lost 60% of my hair due to SLE lupus and Chemo for it!
It’s so depressing
HRT made my hair very grease.
ОтветитьTrop de bla bla 😫😱
ОтветитьI just feel as if its bla bla bla. No real advice on here .
ОтветитьI have found that volumizing shampoo is very drying to my hair.
ОтветитьWhy do all pics show people … young girls … with long hair… how about shorter hair…..
ОтветитьI try to use cleaner products and not a lot of heat. I only use heat tools when going out. Thank you for your videos!
ОтветитьThank You Great Info! I Love You Talking About Making YOURSELF Feel Good.
ОтветитьI wash my once a week that enough for me
ОтветитьSo great to see a talk about fine and curly hair. I try not to use heat on it but the front is so hard to style! With my hairline thinning I just have felt so unattractive, and generally I'm not. But bad hair can ruin your entire look. Thank you for the advice.
