Love this, ngl. My only thing that I would change is the shaders imo. The shaders are beautiful, don't get me wrong, I just like seeing more vibrant colors
ОтветитьI personally don’t like terrilif because it’s doesn’t add any new blocks, I like the stuff that adds in new wood types, also I think you should have put in a few cave mods, because we only have 3 booms in the caves.
ОтветитьPretty solid, BUT forge is still better
ОтветитьCan I just say that I really appreciate the toned down intro?
In a sea of overedited and overhyped videos, this really stands out.
I can't wait for yungs newest mod, Yung's better Dick Sucking, which was revealed on his reddit account
ОтветитьIn my opinion, there is no perfect version of minecraft, minecraft for me excels at being able to be formed into anything with mods
Ответитьyou ought to get bobby or distant horizons
bobby lets you see further on servers and it has shader support but if you are willing to sacrifice the shaders you can use distant horizons to get infinite render distance although the latter works better on singleplayer
if you just want a shitload of render distance at low performance cost you can also use nvidium but i have no idea if it supports shaders (my gpu doesnt support mesh shaders which the mod requires nor can it run regular shaders cuz its so bad) this one would probably be nicely pared with bobby for use on server without lods
now play on it
ОтветитьYou should consider using starlight for optimizing the lighting engine
Ответитьits crazy to think how poor vanilla minecraft is given the success it has had over the years
ОтветитьOkay antvenom
ОтветитьI think MiniHUD is a much better fix for the F3 menu than Better F3 is, but I mean they're not mutually exclusive.
ОтветитьHow did you fix the dynamic lights/sodium incompatibility issues?
Ответитьi thought this was antvenom
ОтветитьBetter nether and better end are too vanilla unfriendly. I prefer oh the biomes you’ll go.
I would also add waystones to round everything out and the things that make it a compatible with choice theorem’s.
I don’t use fresh animations because the physics mod’s ragdolls are just too fun.
Also I just think the original complementary looks better am I crazy?
you should probably have played sound samples with the sounds mods
Ответитьdude i use a 4 year old laptop and still get 80 fps (but i guess its stuffed with fps boost mods)
ОтветитьI'd remove 90% of blocks and items and focus on survival, combat and buildings having a defensive function. Also railway item transport
ОтветитьWhat version of minecraft did you use for all of these? I downloaded all of your mods and I got an incompatible mod set error report, I'm sure I did something wrong I was just hoping you could send me in the right direction 😭😭😭
ОтветитьNo offense to the creator of this video but this modpack is literally just the same as 90% of current "Overhaul" modpacks on Curseforge. I'm not gonna lie, this is an issue with the current Minecraft community, where every modpack that I've tried to play recently is just the same thing over and over again (with a few exceptions like Dawncraft).
ОтветитьI really wish that Alex's mods were for forge and fabric, cause they are absolutely immaculate
ОтветитьCan these be made into a cursforge mod pack?
ОтветитьI wouldn't add terralith I'd rather go with Arboria datapack as it doesn't mess up so much the resource distribution and still makes the game pretty, I mean, if you are building a house and you need spruce there's a bigger chance that you have to go way further to get it with terralith. Also supplementaries is a must for me as it adds so many functional items and blocks that go along great with the base game. If you add anything that makes custom trees any form of treecapitator/timber is recommended. ChoiceTheorem better villages is great but they are too big, which may make the game laggy for a lot of ppl I usually pick towns and towers for some extra consistent structures. YUNG mods are great, but I think his best works are better dungeons and ocean monuments, dungeons is pretty obvious why, ocean monuments it's because anything underwater will be explored in three dimensions which allows you to really appreciate the structure and its dimension. I've been thinking of adding repurposed structures with only the extras to nether, end and underwater (minus underwater villages, as they work best as something to explore by foot). Nonetheless yours is a great selection, and, as I don't think it will totally suit me, I'm quite sure mine won't be neither the best nor fit the most. Great vid.
ОтветитьA good mod to use with this is do a barrel roll
ОтветитьEMI is another great alternative to JEI, though it does use JEI for recipes
the biggest benefit EMI has is the ability to view crafting trees for items
It's so interesting watching you make your perfect Minecraft because I'm doing the same for me right now, but my Minecraft is going in a completely different direction of gameplay with different mods. Am I allowed to make your mod collection a modpack for modrinth?
Btw, lithium is not an add-on for sodium, it's a no-compromises game logic/server optimization mod.
excellent video!! i’m definitely gonna have to check out those f3 mods those seem so helpful
ОтветитьWow, you managed to create a perfect atmosphere without changing much the minecraft vanilla experience. I would have wanted a sound test but it's ok. I think i'll test it myself in a singleplayer world or just create a server for me and my friends.
10/10 minecraft update (The ASMR not trash minecraft update)
goood job
ОтветитьI definitely would like to see a survival series out of this modpack (if you can technically call it that)
ОтветитьDont you think oceans could be more realistic seeing as irl oceans are so cool, maybe overhaul that next? What mod would you use?
Ответитьsomething that I'd love for Minecraft to add is, simply an Atmospheric update, no new blocks, no anything, just a cosmetic update, like dynamic lights, player animations, twinkling stars in the sky, shooting stars etc.
Also, weather events and dynamic weather based on biomes etc. like, in Jungles it would rain more often, Savannas would have rain but almost never etc. In mornings, there'd be fog and occasional little droplets of water falling from trees etc. Snowstorms and Sandstorms would be things too, simply obstructing the player's vision.
Hey I liked your video a lot, but just a heads up, be careful not saying “absolutely” too much. I thought you were saying it a lot.
It’s not too important, so no pressure :)
Great vid!
Interesting that you'd use Better Nether and Better End rather than Incendium and Nullscape, considering those are by the same team as Terralith
ОтветитьGo commit play nightmare siege mod
ОтветитьBro hasn't played terraria ☠️
ОтветитьWhy fabric over forge? And I hope you don’t mind me asking but why sodium and co with iris rather than optifine?
ОтветитьThis video was awesome but still waiting on that next modded series
ОтветитьI love Ryan’s voice
Ответитьwow great video! This video is underrated. One mod i would add is mouse tweaks.
ОтветитьI’m honestly surprised how well that shader fits into Minecraft, since most shader packs feel out of place imo. As for the rest of the list literally the only thing I would add if it was possible is Alex’s Mobs (aka the only reason I haven’t moved to fabric).
ОтветитьToo bad no alex's mobs
ОтветитьRelease a modpack! (Plz?)
ОтветитьI like to add ad astra mod
ОтветитьMunch
ОтветитьWhat is your opinion on the Better Minecraft Modpack series?
Ответить
